One of my favorite flows of yours ! I love how they are labeled so you know what your going to work on . Splits and releasing hips and lower body are the ones I pick most ❤️

❤️ splits are a fun thing to do but not a must. Just focus on good hips mobility. Splits also depend on your anatomy of hip & pelvic bones .

Wonderful practice, gradually warming up the body, preparing it for splits. I have not done splits in years and was surprised that I was able to stretch a lot, not to full splits but significantly. Very professional yoga practice. Thank you so much Kristina!

Fantastic class, thank you! My clothes got soaked through with sweat and my mat became a slipping hazard 20 minutes in, but this is why I like your videos. thank you for all that you do. this was an excellent class! just a question i was pondering in savasana...why do we always roll onto our right side when coming out of savasana? is there any significance to the right? you and every other yogi all say to roll to the right.., Keep up the good work! thanks again

Wonderful as always...perfect combination of strengthening and lengthening :) Till now I've never tried doing splits in the morning (they're generally challenging for my hips, especially in the morning when I'm more stiff). But to my surprise today I managed to do it :) Ofcourse it didn't look as beautiful as yours but I will work on it ;) However I have to admit that it is your son who stole the show Kristina :D He's so adorable and so energetic - he reminds me of my son who's 8 years old but when I'm on the mat he distracts me just like yours :D Namaste!!!
