This is the first real yoga practice that I've been able to do in about one month. I am on the verge of tears, because the last month has been filled with so much physical pain, that landed me in the ER last week. Things that were easy for me one month ago take so much more strength and effort now. I am grateful for my body's ability to move, and feel more care in how I move it. I have to admit that I'm a bit fearful about getting back into yoga, but it's something that has brought me so much joy. Maybe, it's in moments like these, that I truly must learn, and embody, what it means to "Find what feels good". I have so much gratitude for how much vulnerability people have expressed in the comments sections of Adrienne's videos. Thank you for having room for mine.

Adriene, I started doing 30 days of yoga because of my back pain. I`m only at day 8 now but I already see some positive results - my back pain is almost gone! I love your videos and you look like a really nice, positive, beautiful and inspiring person. Keep on the good work. Lots of love from a small Slovenian youtuber, Tina

I was looking for a new short video for a morning practice. Been quite lazy in the last six months of winter. This was an unexpected workshop rather than a short flow but it has certainly clicked my joints as I tried to really engage core and dunder! When l don’t just blast through an old established routine it’s a real eye opener. Thanks for this.

I've been a part of the Yoga with Adriene community for about 7 months now, and I definitely feel more enthusiastic about yoga as a whole, and feel more aware of my body and health. I tried to take a break from the videos and do my own practices for a while, but realised, even though I knew the poses, I wasn't really getting into them as much. The videos really help me to remember my breath, and really get into the moment with yoga, rather than just rushing through it. So thank you so much to the Yoga With Adriene Team! X

I never thought I would feel so comfortable and relaxed while doing a "fitness" video of any kind. I had friends who tried to get me to do workout videos and go to the gym and do hardcore cardio and it was just never right for me. I never felt like I was gaining more than just soreness and sweat. I have been consistently practicing through your videos for about 6 months now and I have never felt happier with myself and my body. You are fun and kind and I always feel good both in mind and body when I finish a video. You always give us lots of options, which I love! Also, I have severe joint pain in both knees, and since I've been consistently doing your vids, I haven't had any pain. It's incredible. Thank you for everything! I have noticed my body wanting to sit up straighter and with more integrity...it's becoming the normal shape that my spine wants to be in, as opposed to a slump. Thank you for the mental and physical boost I get every day!

I couldn't be more happy or grateful for YogaWithAdriene. I have terrible posture and back pain from years of letting it go, slouching, and hiking with heavy backpacks.I wasn't a fan of yoga until my mom recommended your 30 Day Workout, which I completed, and found myself wanting more every day! Your videos actually make me feel human again! I can feel muscles in my back slowly coming back to life and feel much more comfortable with my body and how it moves. I think I actually prefer a yoga session to a massage or chiro. appt. REQUEST: I love every posture and back video you have already, but any chance you can do one for rebuilding strength in the upper back (especially the place between the shoulder blades), neck, and side back muscles - sort of the upper core? So many gym workouts pull my muscles so tight in front and ignore the huge muscles that dictate good posture in the back.

Hi Adriene, thank you for this video, I have been 'too busy' to do yoga for the last couple of months and this video was the first one I actually engaged with in a long time. Your voice and personality is so calming and rejuvenating. I sometimes feel emotional during practice with you, as if yoga was slowly but surely breaking down a wall somewhere inside me. I can't really explain. I'm grateful for your videos and for being able to practice with you. Namaste.

Hi Adriene, I found your channel through a youtuber, Rachel Whitehurst, she made a video about dealing with anxiety and mentioned that your videos help her a lot. I also struggle with anxiety but I mostly suffer from a sore back constantly and headaches which I'm sure stems from my awful posture. I'm not sure how I ever let it get so bad but I never noticed until my partner mention how bad it looked the other day. Anyway, I just joined you in this video and I feel as though I have opened up an important door in my life that I need to visit every day. Thank you very much. I am so overjoyed at how I feel that I think I may indulge in another video before I go to bed. You're an incredible motivator because of your honest serenity and positivity. I hope your channel can help me become a positive person, this is also something I struggle with. Have a wonderful day, thank you.

Adriene, I LOVE your videos! I have practiced yoga off and on for many years, and have yet to fall into a consistent, comfortable practice. Lately I've been especially, well, lazy, and haven't been taking as good care of myself as I should. your videos have helped motivate me from a very unmotivated place. You are so funny and easy going, I feel like I can not only follow along to your videos, but it feels like I actually have a friend doing it with me, which makes it so much easier to get through tough poses or mental blocks. I also really appreciate that you have so much variety in your videos -- it seems I can always find the perfect one for my mood or situation. Thank you so much for sharing your practice, passion, and wonderful self!

Starting up a new routine today (still the same run in yoga), so one on literally standing tall feels like a good metaphorical place to begin. Really liked the detail of rotating the pelvis while in side angle, I'm going to keep that in mind in future poses. Day 532 of the current run.

Adriene, you're amazing! Thank you! You transformed my life and my attitude to yoga completely! I've been practicing yoga for a couple of months and I feel how my body has improved. Though I every time I practice a shoulder stand I get a sever lower backache, which lasts for a couple of minutes. I've never had any injures. Could you please possibly consider showing or giving any tips on how do you do a shoulder stand right, so to avoid any injures?

I have been doing off and on yoga since high school. But yours is the series that really REALLU got me engaged. I used to just throw myself into poses and stay there because that's what I thought yoga was and I was flexible enough to do them. But the movement that you encourage gives new meaning and purpose to these positions and postures. my 4 year old son wanted to say hi too because he has become my little yoga buddy.

Yaay, something just clicked for me today - first yoga epiphany! I realized how much easier it is for me to place weight on my back foot in triangle pose, once I draw my tailbone in line with the rest of the pose. I didn't even realize how much twisting I was unconsciously doing until I lined up my spine and the pose became so much more natural feeling. Thank you :).

I believe I started practicing yoga (with Adriene!) about a month ago, and I was amazed with how much I enjoy it! I'm not an athletic person at all so that's a pretty big deal. I randomly searched for yoga videos and found yours and thank goodness! The way you teach it is exactly what I needed to stick with it. I even told myself not to worry if I don't do it very often but I've done something every day (except the second day since I was a bit sore) even if it's just something quick! I was wondering if you have any yoga tips for healthy knees, sort of like the healthy wrists video. That seems to be the one place I forget about but I've noticed needs more attention, especially since knee problems run in the family. Anyway, thanks for everything and namaste!

I lost my yoga stride for awhile, and I am realizing now that I am back in my stride that I had to be away from it to go deeper into it. I LOVED this video. Please do more where you explain some core concepts that can be applied in more than one pose. Sometimes I have a hard time understanding an instruction like "spiral the thighs" or I had one teacher that said "rotate your femurs" without applying it in more than one situation. I've been doing yoga for a long time (10+years) but feel like I'm in a rut. This is the type of stuff I want to learn.

I love how you explain things, it's so clear and easy! I always had troubles standing tall, and the sitting postures were so painful for me at the beginning, the "head over heart, heart over pelvis" combined with the "tuck your pelvis in" really helped me. In this video, your explanation to lengthen the tailbone towards the back heel really helped me to find a better alignment. This video was very useful and I feel like the person you're speaking of at the end: postures don't really get easier, but my conscience of my body grows everyday and this is more rewarding than being able to to headstand rightaway. (which I can't do) (but I don't really care) I wish you the best until next week, I'm going to write to support from your website because I still don't get your newsletter. Have a nice day, yogis!

Dear Adriene It is beautiful to watch you do yoga. I have been practicing yoga for many years now, and understand how essential the posture, the spine, the core are to even building one’s spiritual strength to - as you said yourself - stand up tall. Your videos have a wonderful positive energy that makes me inevitably pay attention to my own body, be aware of it (again I borrow from your vocabulary), and appreciate it. Like +misscalypso, however, I too suffer from scoliosis and it would be so great if you could do some videos for it. Love and light :)

As a kid, I've always wondered why people especially girls do yoga. Often times I thought it was for doing weird poses. But now I think it's more than that. Now, it helps me with my posture, my back aches and my overall mental health and well being.

Absolutely adoring your channel even though I am very much a beginner. I am wondering if you could possibly make a playlist for migraineurs? Blessings to you.

Hi Adrian! I practice yoga with your videos everyday and I thank you for your nice and interesting videos! I want to ask for videos with practices that are suitable for older individuals! I am 30 years old and I shared your channel with my parents so they can practice yoga at home but they say it is a little bit difficult for them, or would you make a video for knee and shoulder pain healing? thank you!

loved the video and learnt a lot, would you consider doing a video/routine for posture? Ie, focusing on the shoulders and strength there?

Hi Adriene just checking your old videos for a healthy posture, I have struggled with that since I'm a little girl, but I want to improve my posture. Could you make a new practice for it? Much love!!! Thanks😘

Adriene, thank you SO much for your videos! I just started to get into yoga today because I have an issue with my spine where it just happens to be a little bit further curved inward than normal, giving me a little bit of duck butt (lordosis) due to bad posture growing up! Watching this video makes me wonder how you can find it so easy to sit on your legs in your first pose! It's extremely difficult for me, and I am not sure where to turn to correct my back? Can you suggest certain poses and/or videos? I love what you do and can't wait to continue!
