Attract Day - 13 l 🦋❤️🦋 l August 13, 2024 l Blessed Beloved Beauties! Ah, I'm so happy to return to the Hatha Yoga Mat. This is my first time in this session and I have been a part of the community for 3 - years. It is refreshing and energizing with tension relief in the shoulder girdles which I experience often as a virtual professor at my desk grading. Now, I'm ready to return to grade. Thank God for yoga. Thank YWA for this session! Best wishes everyone! 🦋❤️🦋

This is the first real yoga practice that I've been able to do in about one month. I am on the verge of tears, because the last month has been filled with so much physical pain, that landed me in the ER last week. Things that were easy for me one month ago take so much more strength and effort now. I am grateful for my body's ability to move, and feel more care in how I move it. I have to admit that I'm a bit fearful about getting back into yoga, but it's something that has brought me so much joy. Maybe, it's in moments like these, that I truly must learn, and embody, what it means to "Find what feels good". I have so much gratitude for how much vulnerability people have expressed in the comments sections of Adrienne's videos. Thank you for having room for mine.

I tried to take a break from the videos and do my own practices for a while, but realised, even though I knew the poses, I wasn't really getting into them as much. The videos really help me to remember my breath, and really get into the moment with yoga, rather than just rushing through it. So thank you so much to the Yoga With Adriene Team! X

I found your channel earlier this year. I started with the 30 days of yoga and I've been hooked on your channel since. I had tried different videos and DVDs but none has inspired me as much as yours. Through your channel along with mindful eating (without being a freak about it ;) I've watched my body transform. Two weeks ago I suffered a back injury that got me a not-so-free ride to the ER via EMS - worst day ever! But since then I've used your videos for back pain, posture, and healthy spine; and today after one of your videos I found myself saying, "I'm back!" Thank you Adrienne for your beautiful spirit and your inspiration. I'm a fan for life and I hope to attend one of your classes in Austin one day. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Namaste...

It was so sweet seeing my Grandma able to do something my mom and I could do. Adriene didn't make her feel ashamed of the fact that she isn't as strong or flexible as she used to be. I have a quite serious case of scoliosis and, to my great delight, I've noticed lately that my back problem is getting less visible and it's also less painful! I never thought I would feel so comfortable and relaxed while doing a "fitness" video of any kind. I had friends who tried to get me to do workout videos and go to the gym and do hardcore cardio and it was just never right for me. I never felt like I was gaining more than just soreness and sweat. I have been consistently practicing through your videos for about 6 months now and I have never felt happier with myself and my body. You are fun and kind and I always feel good both in mind and body when I finish a video. You always give us lots of options, which I love! Also, I have severe joint pain in both knees, and since I've been consistently doing your vids, I haven't had any pain. It's incredible. Thank you for everything! I have noticed my body wanting to sit up straighter and with more integrity...it's becoming the normal shape that my spine wants to be in, as opposed to a slump. I have a request. I love your channel Adriene, it’s been life changing. I have a lot of stress at work, with long hours, different locations (film), lots of lifting and running around, and I sometimes find myself getting to the end of the day with so much tension in my solar plexus, lower lungs and stomach that it gives me terrible indigestion, even IBS and difficulty breathing. This is coming from the combination of all the things I have to do at work. I’m sure I’m not the only person with such a busy, energetic and on your feet job, and you’ve sort of skirted around this particular problem, many of your videos help, and collectively help a lot, but you’re so amazing I wonder if you could dedicate one to us active, fit, busy, tired achy workers?

This is my first Yoga with Adriene video. I've never encountered a yoga video quite like this and I really liked it. I have been doing very basic yoga for over 20 years and have recently begun to expand my practice and commit to a daily dose. It really is life changing, but so many channels - even those with routines for beginners - don't take the time to really get into the nitty gritty like you just did. Besides being a creative and spiritual person, I'm also an analytical person who thrives on understanding the science and structure behind the yoga practice. From this first video, I'm thinking you checked all the boxes. Thank you for sharing your work. Namaste.

I couldn't be more happy or grateful for YogaWithAdriene. I have terrible posture and back pain from years of letting it go, slouching, and hiking with heavy backpacks.I wasn't a fan of yoga until my mom recommended your 30 Day Workout, which I completed, and found myself wanting more every day! Your videos actually make me feel human again! I can feel muscles in my back slowly coming back to life and feel much more comfortable with my body and how it moves. I think I actually prefer a yoga session to a massage or chiro. appt. REQUEST: I love every posture and back video you have already, but any chance you can do one for rebuilding strength in the upper back (especially the place between the shoulder blades), neck, and side back muscles - sort of the upper core? So many gym workouts pull my muscles so tight in front and ignore the huge muscles that dictate good posture in the back.

Adriene, I LOVE your videos! I have practiced yoga off and on for many years, and have yet to fall into a consistent, comfortable practice. Lately I've been especially, well, lazy, and haven't been taking as good care of myself as I should. your videos have helped motivate me from a very unmotivated place. You are so funny and easy going, I feel like I can not only follow along to your videos, but it feels like I actually have a friend doing it with me, which makes it so much easier to get through tough poses or mental blocks. I also really appreciate that you have so much variety in your videos -- it seems I can always find the perfect one for my mood or situation. Thank you so much for sharing your practice, passion, and wonderful self!

Thank you so much for fostering a beautiful community and sharing so much love!! I always find wisdom here that seems to connect perfectly with where I’m at. The spine holds us up and keeps us in alignment, and I want to find more ease in working from this natural space. Thank you for helping me be my best self. Wishing peace, love, and empowerment for everybody

Adriene, you're amazing! Thank you! You transformed my life and my attitude to yoga completely! I've been practicing yoga for a couple of months and I feel how my body has improved. Though I every time I practice a shoulder stand I get a sever lower backache, which lasts for a couple of minutes. I've never had any injures. Could you please possibly consider showing or giving any tips on how do you do a shoulder stand right, so to avoid any injures?

excellent! even though i ve been doing yoga with you for about 2 years, it was only with this video that i fully understood what you were saying (like how to "claw through the fingertips"). i would welcome more videos of tips for moves you use, and videos of posture improvements. also i'd love to hear more often about the energetic body. love you adriene!

At some point I was really dizzy. This is a sign that I don´t pay enough attention to my breath. I´ve never felt his powerul before I started my yoga journey with you. Thank you, Adriene

Dear Adriene I just want you to know that I follow your videos and that all of your content is needed. I like watching your latest guided exercises, but digging through your discography( I know that the wrong word I cant think of anything else to call it though lol ) is like searching through boundless treasure. They all have so much to help people become more in tune with their bodies and stress free.

Good day, that is my greeting on all emails & spoken when meeting someone. You & your practice have helped me have a healthy start to my days for about two years. The combo of humor, humility, skillful direction, and love you give to me & other Yogis is priceless. Thank you so much. Take care Tom , Florence, MA
