You my dear friend are the best yoga teacher on youtube! I have been nursing a bad hip for over a week and you have helped me so much! I am getting better, but it is frustrating as I am a workout warrior! It's hard to stop and let myself heal. I am listening to my body and you help me by these wonderful workouts you provide! I don’t think I’ve ever mentioned the fact that in addition to helping me manage my various aches and pains, you’ve also helped educate me about my anatomy! Thanks for this Joelle! I needed to do this! I’m in the middle of a 5 day zen retreat. No electronics. So I had to keep the volume down :) I haven’t turned my electronics on til now! 8 hrs total of daily sitting meditation and my whole body is sore, especially my knees and hips! So I needed to do this. Thanks so much!!
