Yoga after an embryo transfer is a topic I receive questions about almost daily. The thing I want you to know is. You are safe to move. Of course, listen to your doctor and take their advice. But you also need to tune into your body. Breathe. Let yourself move gently to help shift anxiety and settle into this period of waiting.

So she got me that so I can relax. I told a few people about your channel and how I have been doing some poses and having me time and they love it. After my 2 iui's, I acted like I needed to be on bedrest. I kept my hand over my abdomen and wouldn't do anything the day of, and then wouldn't lift anything until I got the results. I am very over protective of my maybe baby's (that is what I call my follicles)

I had my embryo transfer today. Can I start practicing today or should I rest for 1-2 days. Also is it safe to do leg up wall pose ?

I had 1 failed embryo transfer. I was on bed rest in the first Embryo transfer. Can i do this yoga post embryo transfer? From which day i need to do this?

I usually recommend giving yourself 3 days after transfer to rest, then you can do this class. However you should ask your Dr. what they recommend. Was there a medical reason you were on bed rest?

@@BettinaRae not medical reasons, here i heard that bed rest might give better chances for implant. But i took bed rest for 5 days and then i was back to regular routine..not sure what can I do in next month to make it work..i am from India. . Thanks for this video.

Is practicing Surya namaskar(Sun salutation) yoga not safe after FET ?

You can still practice after FET just avoid belly compression. I would still wait a few days after transfer though to let your body rest.
