Hi, It was not easy, but cool))) Thanks so much for the one more yoga class. You mentioned, that you have knee problems several times. I, like many others, have them too. I’m sure a video on knee repair would be interesting. How do you take care of your knees? Waiting for your new video.)

Really appreciate your classes. I'm a 23 year old athlete and always thought weight lifting was everything. Yoga has opened my eyes to a new set of challenges and your classes are very challenging. Excited to finish my desk job everyday so I can try another one of your episodes. Thank you so much!! 🙏

I'm an ICU doctor in the UK and your videos have inspired me to take up yoga during the pandemic. It's been an invaluable way to be present and take care of my body during a stressful time. I notice the difference in my life and in my (medical) practice. I find that yoga, breathing through discomfort, has helped me cope with long hours wearing PPE - I'm able to turn my focus away from the discomfort I feel and focus on my patients. Thanks very much to you and Bre - you're natural teachers. Hopefully see you at a retreat sometime once this is all back to normal :)

You are amazing and so helpful!!! I'm a 46yo male and haven't exercised in 14 years. I used to lift weights but stopped. I've had knee, ankle, shoulder injuries in my younger years and now became pre-diabetic, have high blood pressure, and super ventricle tachycardia problems. I've been following you now for a month and a half and got so much stronger, more flexible than I've ever been and now just finished your 60 minute class!!! Holy cow!! I've lost 20 lbs but can't lower or rise up with one leg because of injuries and lack of strength. Maybe one day. But my blood pressure down now, no more svt occurrences. Thank you so much for posting these for those of us that can't afford classes.

I love your channel, your instruction, and your style. Thank you for helping me reinvigorate my yoga practice which always compliments our rolling on the tatami (Oss 🤙). With age & sports injuries, I have had to reduce and altogether stop some things like jogging and lifting heavy weights. Your yoga flows constitute an excellent workout by themselves. I love that 😁 To work in other things that I love, I can run a quarter mile on the elliptical, do a quick series with the Bulgarian bag or a few muscle ups, then some Bulgarian split squats followed by 15 minutes working muay thai combos on the heavy bag or15 minutes of jiu-jitsu flow rolling, and then do 30 minutes of yoga with your instruction. This is something that I've been missing in my exercise practice, something I enjoy sharing with my wife as well. ¡Un abrazo de Texas!
