I've done so many different rehab/restorative/yin yoga videos online and I find that a lot of them include excessive forward bending without enough counter poses so whenever I would lay down in chavasana after my lower back would be spasming . I liked that you were able to tackle the entire body without excessive stretching of the lower back . I did not have any spasms when in chavasan so I'm really glad 😊

This is my favorite yoga video I've ever found. Have yet to find a better one. I love how gentle and relaxing it is, while still challenging my flexibility. I prefer these videos over the more advanced/intense routines that challenge strength, because I like to get my strength training in separately and use yoga for recovery. I'm also very inflexible, so it is nice to have these slower paced transitions and beginner-friendly poses. Thank you!

Haven’t seen a comment about yoga that resonated with me more. I been on a daily yoga program for almost a year now and the days where we are really testing our strength and core it’s really difficult to get to the may sometimes. Especially cuz I usually do yoga after my training it’s like I’m burning the candle at both ends with an intense yoga practice

This flow of stretches is so good. We did it a day after a medium distance running, and it really worked on the sore muscles, especially the thighs, quads, hips, and core.

This was a really great video! I love how soothing her voice is, and the movements are slightly challenging but easy to follow. I find it hard to relax, and get upset at myself when I find irrelevant thoughts in my head when trying to focus on breathing, but your commentary was reassuring. Thank you for this :)

I just found your channel, and I really needed this. I just did a MADFIT workout yesterday on KZbin and I was sore before I even went to bed so I knew I would need something like this this morning so I could continue to function as a human. lol. I really like the music and voice over, I will definatly be checking out more of your channel. Also, I think you do an amazing job explaining each pose I think I only had to look at the screen 2-3 times to make sure I was in the correct position.
