Yoga For When You Are Sore. In this episode of Yoga With Adriene we share a short (hands-free!) sequence of stretches for when you are tight or sore. We will connect you to your breath and body and relieve tension or stress.
This is a great little ditty when you are feeling stuck and need to start somewhere and get moving! Work on balance, stretch, and CONNECT. Awesome post-workout or the day after.
