This yoga for neck & shoulder tension class is perfect to combat sitting behind your desk or device, if you are feeling tight or stiff, or looking to get rid of tension. These stretching and mobility exercises will leave your neck and shoulder feeling relaxed and tension free. Say good by to nagging neck or shoulder pain with these exercises.
