Try this along with breathing practices, pranayama, relaxation and meditation
Do not overstrain, start slowly and do as much as you can

Enikk 3 months aayi periods vannitt...njan eeee video 3weeks munp kandirunnuu....cmnts vayichappo cheythu nokkiyaloo enn thonnii ..njan yoga cheythu thudangi first 2,3day result undayillaa....bt 4th day enikk periods aayi.....4/5day undayirunnu....bt sadharana varunnenekkalum kuravayirunnu ...njan ippo yoga continue cheyyunnund bcoz next month thottenkilum periods regular aavanam....tqz for ur video 👍
