To all the ladies the one thing that has helped Me a lot is sleeping before 11pm. Because my gynaecologist told that ovulation period is between 12-2 am so you should sleep before that. Try it out!!

Believe me Ginger and jaggery boiled water is very helpful . my periods stopped for 1 year when I was in 12th. I had a major surgery because of this irregular periods. My gynaecologist told me that I should sleep early and also that we should also sleep for atleast 7 hours continuously. She also told me to loose weight as I was a little overweight. One more thing that helped me a lot was morning walks. Trust me they are so beneficial.

Things that helped me get my lost period back: 1. Sleeping before 12 at night. Waking up early and not sleeping in during the day- hormones needed balancing 2. Incorporating red meat in my diet on a daily basis. 3. A short relaxing yoga practice at night before bed 4. Strength training 3x week 5. Once I started following a healthy home cooked mostly organic diet, exercising and getting proper sleep, my PCOS was gone in a year. I stopped consuming birth control which my doctor prescribed. To further subside my regular period pain now, I have tried to make sure I am relaxed on the period days. I also meditate every morning now for my over all mental health. I usually take leave from work on my period days for extra relaxation. I do not believe in quick fixes. So ladies, nothing will change in few days. But follow the right diet and you’ll get results. Remind you I suffered from severe PCOS and several gastrointestinal diseases and now I absolutely fine.

for irregular periods or stopped periods plz eat a bowl of mixed jaggery with peanuts for 2-3 days and see 100 percent result trust me it worked for me i hope it will work on everyone else

The dr i consulted is an ayyrveda gynaec n infertility specialist nine four zero zero two zero seven one one nine is doc numbr if u need u can cal. Online consultn was there when i took appointment. i watzappd that dr my details n reports. Then i got tym for online consultn. For one month it was 2900rs for medicine. That dr send me medicine thru courier
