Hi Christine, I’m 7 years post-fusion surgery to correct a right thoracic C-curve now my Cobb angle is less than 15 degrees. I’m fused T7 to L3 I did this practice for the first time this evening and afterwards my left shoulder was really stooped down! I’m not sure what happened. I had a little pain but did a few toe touches and my shoulders went back to normal. I promise I’m ok but maybe I’ll avoid this particular exercise! Do you have a wind-down video for spinal fusion please?

Hi Holly, I would really have to see you in the yoga poses to be able to comment. You might just have to modify a few things from this practice. shouldn't you have. your elbows on the ground so that you're shoulders aren't reaching upward
