That is relaxing ,calming ,beautiful if I am having an overwhelming day,nervous I've done sine February 25 through March 1 I was nervous for days,dancing the hallway back in forth for my results of the urine sample,they didn't do the urine sample since again March 27 I'm a little nervous and I feel a little better when I receive a letter from my mail and said I'm a little better and that I had to repeat the test in 3 weeks it was very hard for me to do that kind of stress yoga to relax when I had nothing good to listen to watch cartoons in my TV.

I want to say from bottom of heart thank you.... I was yoga person....
