Ist time doing this, I'm an overweight 41 year old and was shocked by how much i felt this. Even though I found a little bit of it hard it felt very rewarding and left me with a sense of peace. Namaste!

Started practicing kundalini yoga during quarantine thanks to your videos. Somehow I was able to remove some debilitating pain from my body which sent me down a long, beautiful, difficult, healing path of becoming a master energy healer and yoga instructor. This was my first-time doing Kundalini Yoga. I have watched many videos and was fearful to begin. Thank you for making this experience so comfortable. I feel great after this session and plan to continue daily...maybe even more than once per day. I work from home, so I am looking forward to little yoga breaks. AWESOME morning awakening!

Been wanting to start a daily yoga for a while and recently I’ve had some intense kundalini awakening experiences but I can tell the tension in my physical body is keeping it from fully unfurling. I came upon this video at 333k views so I took that as a sign that this is gonna be the one to follow, and once I watched it and felt your energy, I knew this the one I’m gonna start with. Thank you!

So grateful I found this!! - It is not so easy to find Kundalini - even in southern Cali - sadly again I had to move back to Pittsburgh. I had found a wonderful place in Huntingdon Beach. The only place in Pittsburgh that taught no longer does??? I am going to start this tomorrow!!!

hey i am s oblessed ive found this you tube chanel , absoultely love you enthusasim , i have been adding this routine to my morning for about a week , im 42 and wish i had discovered this form of yoga a long time ago , it certainly works my muscles , breathe of fire is a bit different because i always feel heat in the back of my neck after this . I love it - was introduced by someone years ago. But no-one did - they a woman in my city from a place called School House Yoga taught this - and with the meditation and chanting. Then it ended - why that place ended I don't know. I was back in Cali where I had lived for years - and believe me it is scare even there. BUT I was in Newport Beach for almost a year and found a wonderful place in Huntingdon Beach!! - Moved back to Pittsburgh and NOTHING! I an happy to find this and begin again.

I've just started getting adverts during the tune in and breath of fire 😮. I'm doing this as a 39 day challenge and I'm on day 38 and it won't play all the way through anymore. Almost impossible to do this when it's being interrupted

I’ve been doing your kundalini for a few months now, and it’s helped me so much. Today in this class during breath of fire I got a pain almost like a stitch you get when running on my right side of my abdomen. This happened last time I did breath of fire as well. Any idea why this is happening am I doing something wrong ?
