You know you're PMSing when you start crying in the middle of this routine. :) This routine really helped. I don't know why I let myself get out of the yoga practice for so long. I like having an instructor to let me know if I'm doing a pose wrong, but classes can be so pricey. I've tried other videos, but I keep coming back to you, Sarah Beth. Your morning and bedtime routines got me through grad school 2 years ago!

Lucy Ro I'm glad you're back! As for classes, look into work for trade options if you have a couple hours a week you'd like to exchange for free unlimited studio yoga :) I used to do this before I was a yoga teacher.

I always like to stay extremely active while on my period, and it sometimes sucks to get going and keep up high intensities. But I always feel way better after working out. I recently took up yoga and did your yoga flow today, I feel better then if I had done a HIIT training. I feel more calmed, and my body and mind feel at peace with my spirit which is very hard for things to balance when you are PMS'ing. Thank you for sharing this, and walking us through in a calming, nurturing way that helped connect body, mind, and spirit.

I don't get cramps, however every month I am taken over by raging thoughts and emotions which sabotage relationships and my efforts of living my best life. Even though I have a meditation practice and already know and understand how to be mindful, I very much appreciate the tips. Hormones not only make me emotional, they keep my mind unfocused so the tips are helpful reminders.

I want you to know that I did this yesterday morning before my cycle came and it was amazing. I felt relaxed all day. During the practice I began to cry and laugh at the same time when you stated know the pms thoughts. During this time you really have to refocus your thoughts and know what is a pms thought and what's your own. So, thank you so much for making this.

Deja vu!! Practicing this video feels so good, even after a dozen times, it feels like the first time, literally!! I had forgotten I posted a comment on this video. I unintentionally scrolled down, saw my comment at the top and read it...it felt like I was reading my current present thoughts. The practice is so gentle and really makes you reflect on your thoughts and abundance. This time I made the homemade hot pack too! I love it all. Thank you.
