A very nice flow, but as someone who is pre-diabetic and I suspect typical for your target audience (60 and overweight) forward folds and inverted asanas are not available for me. What modifications would you recommend?

all these asanas basically aim at massaging and improving blood supply to pancreas. unfortunately it does not work,as the metabolic disorder involves only the very tiny endocrine pancreas. actually those on oral tablets run the risk of precipitating pancreatitis with these exercises don't forget that many of the yogis themselves are pre or managed diabetics

mudra healing technique to reduce bp and slowly renjunivate the cell which is almost dead cells that i agree but exercise makes to flex and makes to bring proper blood circulation that i agree as walking jogging or do any form of exercise to make sure ur blood flow top head to down toe that all said what is next exact improvement life style of food most of food we eat highly process food , though we say healthy diet hardly end up with rice and south indian dosa , rava rice other than north wheat nothing on that what kind of millets porridge should be regularly infused in programs homemakers to women to men should execute to bring bettter food instead there is heavy demand this two wheat and rice nothing less than that process food highest failure - invested spending fast food hotel food and almost all pizza to junk foods yields nothing old method of food again reinforced still should be biggest level to broadcast though we hate porridge habbits of generation this days highly ignorable indian millets not much more process using the flour and make ti bring as grind it and bring in to powder form drink with hot water that all a day fiber calories matche d we are not making strong talks on anything yogs in which way will dilute the word dilute reduce the level when we regularise it comes down and change of food should be certain y GOVT and media never take interest on diabetes - today confectionary shop is almost 5 percent gst shoud be more than 200 percent we are not saying it , due to 90 percent prone to diabetic this days at any point of age due to canned sugar , process food , sugar processed in different format , though we dont say no to it when it come to sweets we just skip from milk to have sweeets format of food sweets should be charged dalda mixing to much any hotel with out dald a hotel without mixing he cannot sell quantity it is so practical how for govt is equipped stale chicken we recook and pasted with butter and we munch it as if grind anything in themouth though 7 star ot 5 star hotel edible oil highest game show this days y dont yoga practicioner instructor y dont u talk dont talk what u understood talk about ancient food practice those days we dont c none of yoga instructor talk about all that almost process we dont know though we buy in super market or that departmental store we dont get high protien fiber and high protein stuff that to be remember preservatives cold storage unless it is all new visitors as stablized in our body we started we dont go by traditional practice every time just making to strength the back bone diabets cannot be reduce how that u command on ur skill that reduce it makes it we dont c what form of changes as sweat comes in yoga sweat is biggest execretion in the form as rays of sunlight , or in the form decrease the fat , sweat excretion is most predominant and even in the form of urine but invariably most count on sweat on exercise we dont c none of yoga instructior outside field walking jogging running or doing any format of physical sports gets sweat make to bring all that cycle of flow but how for yoga make it cycle of blood flow how u differentiate it idont c none of yoga instructor made it so clear what kind of comparison make
