hello, just wanted to say: there's nothing wrong with body hair ! men walk around with tank tops or even topless and don't think twice about their armpit hair. i think quarantine is a good opportunity to let go a bit of the pressure we usually put on our shoulders regarding our body and beauty standards.

hey! i just wanted to comment and give the other perspective 😊 i'm a girl that gets spots of long dark hair on my neck and face. i tried not caring and growing it out in quarantine but i just started to really hate looking at my face. i've gone back to shaving, as well as doing my pits and legs (on occasion). that feels right for me, and if shaving feels right for you, do that! everyone is free to treat their body hair whatever way they like x

I've really been liking your videos since lockdown. Compared to other creators in the same "genre", you feel more real and realistic in this situation. Before this video, I was watching another one where someone said that them not being able to get their nails done now was a disaster (not as a joke), and I just had to click away, because yes you can struggle with small things being different, but it really isn't the end of the world. In this crisis I've come to really appreciate the youtube channels that are dealing with what's happening in the world in a more conscious and intelligent way and are able to put their own issues into perspective, while also talking about some of the actual struggles (mental health related or grief for example) that we are all dealing with especially because of corona. And your channel is definitely one of them. Thank you for your videos and have a lovely weekend!

I love how self aware you are and how you don't try to play up for the camera. You struggles are very real and even though I'm not an influencer I empathise with you completely! Full disclosure re: honesty - I'm a minute and a half into this, but just wanted to say, as this loaded up I was thinking on what you said previously on liking things (i.e. neutrals) because they were "in" versus actual personal feelings, and it's a really astute observation that I personally would have been hesitant to voice, but I'm so glad you did! Just wanted to say that I'm finding your stuff really encouraging - I'm also not at my flat during the lockdown and really struggling with it.

I've recently re-discovered your content having been subscribed for a while and I must say that your videos have been incredibly relaxing and a breath of fresh air during this lockdown period. The way you approach vlogging, your open honesty to the camera and the lack of illusion of this 'perfect' life that I see in so much of what I watch has really settled my mind. I think during this lockdown period I was forcing myself to become very much this machinated intellectual goddess, but having someone as truthful and reassuring as yourself has helped me to shift away from those ideals. It's incredibly comforting knowing there are women of a similar age to me who are creating content that is just open and honest, and not sugar-coated in this sense of superiority. Your videos are pleasantly peaceful and I find myself much more at ease when I watch them. Thank you for being an excellent inspiration for content creators and the like, and for making such lovely videos.

I really appreciate the fact that you took time to just mention what you were using for editing. I'm still too self-conscious/insecure to watch a whole video about it, but having you simply explaining made it less scary for someone like me !

Watching your videos has been so great, especially the weekly vlogs. It's refreshing to see someone being honest about their routine. For me, this lockdown has been a roller coaster: I might have 2-3 days where I'm super productive and my job goes really well, but then something hits me like a big wave and I feel super down. I'm content that I'm aware of the pattern so I can be kinder to myself and do something to make myself feel better. Watching your videos definitely helps!

Just wanted to say I'm loving these vlogs! As someone who was sent back from college to live at home for the first time in all four years, it's nice to live vicariously through someone still around friends :) And don't feel bad about complaining/having bad days, it's rough on everyone! Thanks for continuing to work hard to make great content!!

I've honestly appreciate the frankness/openess you've had regarding how you feel during lockdown! While I do appreciate some of the "I'm getting so much done, lockdown is a-okay" content other channels are putting out, it just feels unrealistic and makes me feel even worse on my "bad brain" days, about not achieving.

what you said about mental health following lockdown/coronavirus I've been thinking myself. I used to think that I didn't need to speak kindly as long as I was being "truthful". I thought that the truth I had to share would be helpful regardless of how it was received. I was wrong. I failed to understand the harm that words can cause and I didn't consider that those words could have a bigger impact than the information I wanted to convey. Be kind to people. You will help more people by supporting and caring for others than by being right.

1. That final level with Gnasty Gnorc is SO HARD. It took me weeks to clear it! 2. I honestly think NHS MH services will fall apart. Getting support via IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) was usually a 3-month wait in the "before-times". I think they'll be much more reliant on online CBT e.g. Silvercloud rather than f2f interventions. It's why I'm leaving my flat more than I probably really should be (what with being high risk of complications due to a congenital condition), but if I end up developing agoraphobia then it's game over. Considering how bad my anxiety was the day of my final f2f meeting with my supervisor, this was not a hypothetical situation. I was that anxious it took me 3 attempts to leave my flat and I was very nearly sick on arriving in the department...
