1 hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to about 4 hours of sleep... This technique of "Yoga of dreams" or "Yogic sleep" is a deep and guided relaxation, carried out in a lying position which acts on the physical, mental and psychic levels.
Nidra covers the entire series of brain waves (delta, theta, alpha and beta) by acting on our subtle envelopes. It allows to control the states of sleep and to gradually access the subconscious, whose influence is usually exerted without our knowledge.
The practice makes it possible to explore the unconscious and thus to know oneself better in order to be able to redirect the forces of one's deep personality.
The session is broken down like this:
