Designed to compliment the busy lifestyle featuring a desk-gym life. Let’s add some yoga into the mix! Practice this routine 2-4x/week (do as one 30 minute session or break it up and add it to your gym days). I skipped some of the core to keep this sequence on the shorter side, my recommendation is to throw in some planks between sets!
Dedicated to and inspired by my hubaloo. Hope this helps anyone who also feels stiffness, weakness, and pain.
