ABOUT JASON:

Thank you so much for re-releasing this on Yogaland as well as here! Love re-visiting this, super informative. Got me thinking though, do you find you ad-lib classes more or do you have have a sequence written down, tried and tested before teaching it? Really neither here nor there, just curious after re-listening to this content.
