I have couple of doubts madam. 1. Assuming you did a set (cycle) of kabaalapathi yoga can i perform the same 2 sets and then continue wit Halasana and Fish pose. 2. Can i perform kabaalapathi daily because they say it may lead to heart problems, blood pressure if v do daily. 3. please tell me the exact order of the below yoga to be performed - Naadi suddhi, Kabalapathi, Halasana and Fish pose

ரொம்ப ரொம்ப நன்றி மேடம்... எனக்கு வயது 31. கடந்த 20 வருடங்களுக்கு மேலாக நான் sinus பிரச்சனையில் இருக்கிறேன்.. வாரம் ஒரு முறை சளி பிடிக்கும். ஒரே நாளில் அதுவே சரி ஆகி விடும்.. சிறிது மாதம் மாத்திரை முதலில் எடுத்தேன். ஆனால் அதுவே எனக்கு அதிக தலை வலியை கொடுத்தது.. எனவே கடந்த 20 வருடம் மாத்திரை இல்லாமலே வாழ்ந்து வருகிறேன்.. இந்த வீடியோ எனக்கு புது நம்பிக்கையை அளிக்கிறது... மீண்டும் நன்றி...
