That exercise adjusted my neck. I felt a pop, and boom, I'm better. Holy cow! Amazing! Thank you!

Wow. That stretch at about 5:20 with the arms behind the back has never worked for me before, but with the method you provided here, I truly felt exactly as you described afterwards - my posture naturally opened up and I didnt have that pull forwards that I normally feel. I have horrible "tech neck," so this is some revolutionary stuff, here! This is an exact example of why I've been coming back to this Ekhart Yoga channel for over a decade now! It's not just some random yoga poses - you actually carefully educate and curate helpful body movement! 🙏🌼🌻🩷

Thanks for talking about the hyoid bone, possibly one of the most overlooked bones in the body. When I received my first certification and we were studying anatomy, our teacher told us that without the hyoid bone we would not be able to stand upright or walk. A really interesting bone that deserves study. Thanks, Esther.

Just what I needed. Easy exercise that does a lot to take tension out of my tech shoulders.

Thanks Esther. Could you please do a relaxation session for a hyperactive pelvic floor? (Do you think there could be a link between an overactive pelvic floor and tight hips?) Love your videos, thanks :) x

How do you straighten your neck using the hyoid bone? I can’t tell if I’m doing it right. I would hate to stress out any extra muscles in my neck. Thank you Esther!
