very nice this is why we like yoga. I went on a long bike ride and didnt really want to get on the mat the next day but after this type of practice you get up off the mat feeling much better. thank you

Hi Brigitte, I’m so happy this little class worked for you :) The focus for Bridge pose in this practice is on the shoulders and neck, so just do do Bridge with a pelvic tilt that feels good for you:) 🙏🏼
