Hi Christina, I have been following you for 7 months since I started Yoga. Your lessons were my introduction into yoga and I really loved them. Today I would like to make you aware of an issue that I had particularly with this workflow. This workflow is the only one that has caused me multiple injuries in my body, all in all 3 times. With it I had injuries to my wrist, my right groin and recently to my shoulder. I actually believe that this has to do with the multiple repetitions of the same or similar movements in quick succession. I am over 60 and I know that an older body is more prone to injuries. However it never happened to me that I sustained injuries from other workflows. I am not criticising you but I wanted to make you aware of this problem, so maybe you take a look at the exercises or maybe put some information into your introduction to this one.

This was an enjoyable return to yoga. The level of intensity was good to get back into the groove. The only thing missing for me was some calming music in the background, but that is easy to overlook, as the rest was enjoyable. Thank you for sharing your passion for yoga!

Thank you so much, Elisabeth! I used music in my videos a few years ago, and I heard from many people that they did not enjoy it. However, I do still use music in my restorative and yin classes if you're interested in those as well. Glad you enjoyed the class!! :)

Very good routine, and I'm going to do this a couple of times a week on my days off. I've been doing the shorter videos on workdays, but now it's time to incorporate longer, more intense vinyasas to my workouts. Thank you so much, Christina!!

I don't think you did it wrong. After any of her videos I always feel really strong, my muscles are tired but I also feel super relaxed. There's something about yoga, the stretching and the breathing that makes me feel like I could fall asleep after too even though it's a work out.

I feel great after this class. Although I don't have the arm strength to do upward facing dog and plank correctly, I still benefit from my modifications. I hope you continue to do yoga. You're a great teacher.

I thought I was an advanced beginner, I am not. Crapped out at 20 minutes and it was a bit too fast for me to follow. Just a note to anyone else that is transitioning from beginner. Glad others liked it!
