Thanks a lot from Japan. Thais is another beautiful class that is not way too challenging but nice and hard to refresh in the morning. I did not follow a couple of flows first time, but I did understand how every pose connects nicely. I always like your video, your flows are unique but smooth one after another. I will enjoy the class again and again for sure. Take care Kassandra, and look forward to your chatting video too that I really enjoyed in the past.

I really enjoy this instructors teaching style and personality. It is the exact right challenge and she walks you through the pose very elegantly. She is not matronizing or patronizing and is a humble warrior for goodness.

I curse myself halfway through any kind of yoga class but I have severe arthritis (knees, shoulders, hips) so know it’s use it or lose it. If I don’t practice every day, I may not be able to walk downstairs in the morning. So I grumble and move😊

@@dionegbama I do too: great toe, knees, back, hips (both replaced) elbow, shoulder, neck. Consider the Keto way of eating. It reduced my inflammation to almost nothing. I haven't felt this good in decades.

The difficulty is perfect and it really helps me gauge my progress as I move through other videos but then return to this one every so often. Recently I've felt like I hit a rut but doing this one today and being surprised by my own capacity has reenergized me and made me proud of what I continue committing to. So grateful for Kassandra!!!!!

Loving the longer intermediate classes!! This one was great, couldn't do a few of the poses but I know I'll work up to that level of strength. I started out with your 10 minute beginner classes and have made it all the way to doing classes like this!

I loved this longer and challenging class! I have been kind of taking it a little easier with my yoga lately, and doing more gentle practices (dealing with some health/pain issues) But I saw this on my notifications today, and I felt up to it. It was really enjoyable, and though I did have to modify some of the poses, I still felt a great challenge! Thank you Kassandra, for a lovely class as always!

Today is the first time I did this class. Loved it!!! At 60, I'm proud to say I was able (with minor adjustments) to keep up and do all of the poses... minus the star while in side plank. :) I love your work, Kassandra! Thank you!

I usually do your 30 min yoga workouts but now and then I challenge myself to 45 min. I loved this one! Some parts were hard but I got through and listened to my body as you always suggest. Thank you for all your yoga videos. I practice with you about 3 times a week and I just feel so great afterwards. It's a great way to start my day. Thank you for being on KZbin and for being you. Your gentle and kind manner make the whole experience so worth putting in the time and effort to make my 71 yo body stronger and flexible. Thank you, thank you Kassandra.

I love this practice! The beginning and end are quite gentle and relaxing but there are some challenging poses in the middle which feel great

the greatest thing about your classes is that i feel a strong sense of trust in you and that allows me to commit entirely to your practices ive become entirely a better person more thoughtful, mentally and physically healthier, and i won a few brazilian jiu jitsu world championships which i honestly dont belive i could have done without this
