Hi this was a great video and very informative. My only feedback would be to invest into a microphone to raise the volume on the video due to the low base of your voice. Based on this video I will be grabbing a pair from Amazon. Thanks

I am a 34 year old male that had a stroke.. and at first I thought I made it out unscathed, but then my toes started being spastic and I had lower limb spasticity in the effected leg/foot. Curling toes, bunion toe, claw toe, hammer toes, the whole nine yards. The gem yoga toes are nice to have on when I'm sitting at the computer or watching TV. I do walk in them sometimes just for a quick stroll to the bathroom or something, but not all day by any means. The stretch I get from them is great, and they seem to block the spastic/abnormal contracture I get in that area. I usually get immense tendon/joint pain in my foot/toes. My effected toes will try to pull down but the contracture isn't as painful and not as prominent. Furthermore, it may be subconsciously re-training my brain/neuropathy to not do those abnormal movements. It's a condition I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy, I want my life back!

Hi there I love your videos... you're busy person but I just have a question.. I hope you answer😁... but if you don't ,I'm still going to watch your videos. I had orthoscopic knee surgery on my right knee medial meniscus tear arthritis. Physical therapy seem good at first but then really irritated my knee , still hurts. MRI indicates my knee is now worse.. that being said I also have a split tear of the peroneus brevis. My ankle sometimes unstable and I brought it up but nobody even gave a damn about it. In my mind I think my outside of my right angles affecting the inside of my knee . Etc. Wouldn't it be a good idea to have physical therapy for the ankle as well as the knee to include you know the glutes and everything else you had mentioned in your previous videos. Another words I need an expert!! but why is everybody ignoring my ankle when I think it's causing or contributing to my inner pain as well? You think I'm being over analytical or does it make sense? I don't understand why people aren't listening to me I have a different podiatrist than an orthopedic surgeon. And the physical therapist I had for my knee just didn't give a damn. In my opinion I think I should at least try a new physical therapist that will include my ankle issues with my knee and glutes etc etc give me a thumbs-up at least if you think I'm on the right path with my analyzation of what's going on

Hello truth! We appreciate your support in watching our videos. Please continue watching them , we hope they help you. When having the type of knee issues you are having , in order to appropriately treat it, you need to get the root of the problem. In most cases it is due to a muscle imbalance where your quadriceps and hip flexors are too over active and your gluts are weak. Yes!! you are right in treating this you will need to work up knee and below the knee so that it is all addressed. That being said, here are some videos that will help you out. But here is a link for a video consultation if you feel you need that as well. I somehow ended up with these and sort of figured this out on my own. My main concern is my pinky toe is sort of rotated (like look at your right hand palm down and rotate your hand 60 degrees to the right). How can I also apply a rotational correction? I have been pinchingthe toe and manually rotating it but it is diffocult to hold on my own.

I know we spoke about me possible having cervical stenosis, what about doing dip holds on a dip bar just doing isometric top portion of the dip, would that aggravate my neck?

My foot just below my bunion has been getting sore lately. It's pretty sporadic and more pronounced when my foot is in a certain flexed position that i rarely use unless I'm sitting and twiddling my feet around without shoes on. I'm wondering if this is residual pain from my bunion. I have hereditary bunions that I inherited from my maternal grandmother. My right one is more pronounced than my left one and also has more pain. My left one has never experienced any pain. My right one throbs every so often. And has been my whole life. I haven't noticed it getting any worse as I age (41). But the pain in my foot beneath the bunion is the only thing new over the last two or three years.
