You may or may not know this famous number 35. He's from another era. He's credited with the quote "it ain't over until its over". His nickname is perfectly suited to your channel - he is no other than Yogi Berra! He had a long illustrious career as a baseball player, coach and manager! Congrats on hitting it out of the park with 35k!!! Well done! Keep up the great work Joelle!

I’ve been struggling with plantar fasciitis in my right foot for a few weeks. Although it is slowly getting better, and was painful during this practice, it felt so much better after! This is at 948 pm after being on my feet all day! I will be repeating this often!!! Thank you!

Love it, I broke my calcaneus a few years back and did a lot of damage to my tendons in my heel and my Achilles. This is so nice after a day on my feet at work. Thank you yet again 😊

Bonjour ! Juste un petit message je viens de découvrir votre chaine et franchement bravo pour le travail fourni dans deux langues c'est super de proposer ça ! (Car des fois on a envie de visionner la séance mais en anglais, donc on a le choix de l'écoute c'est top!) Et vous avez beaucoup de vidéos qui sont plus rare à trouver sur KZbin sur des muscles précis ou sur une douleur en question donc merci pour cette diversité ! Belle journée et bonne continuation 🌞

Awesome, I am not able to sit on my ankles like you do. It pains a lot. I worked but it was painful during this practice,. I feel happy following the exercise in your video . Thanks for posting this

Thank you I sprained my ankle 6 was ago and although it’s healing slowly - these exercises help me start the day when it’s stiff and sore in the morning

My right foot cramps up very easily ever since I had ankle surgery over a year ago. Can doing this every day help with that?

The second position I can’t lie my hands like you are the back , I need to help my balance by placing my hands at the sides of me

That's absolutely fine Louise! These postures are INTENSE, so only go as far as your body wants to go

@@YogawithJoelle I’ve got hip bursitis on the side of my right hip, so it’s no surprise that the pain travels to my knees and ankles , so my ankle does ache afterwards which is to be expected:-) I also other yoga poses for hip bursitis that I do from your other yoga videos :-)
