You may or may not know this famous number 35. He's from another era. He's credited with the quote "it ain't over until its over". His nickname is perfectly suited to your channel - he is no other than Yogi Berra! He had a long illustrious career as a baseball player, coach and manager! I’ve been struggling with plantar fasciitis in my right foot for a few weeks. Although it is slowly getting better, and was painful during this practice, it felt so much better after! This is at 948 pm after being on my feet all day! I will be repeating this often!!! Thank you!

Love it, I broke my calcaneus a few years back and did a lot of damage to my tendons in my heel and my Achilles. This is so nice after a day on my feet at work. Thank you yet again 😊

Awesome, I am not able to sit on my ankles like you do. It pains a lot. I worked but it was painful during this practice,. I feel happy following the exercise in your video . Thanks for posting this

Thank you I sprained my ankle 6 was ago and although it’s healing slowly - these exercises help me start the day when it’s stiff and sore in the morning

@@YogawithJoelle I’ve got hip bursitis on the side of my right hip, so it’s no surprise that the pain travels to my knees and ankles , so my ankle does ache afterwards which is to be expected:-) I also other yoga poses for hip bursitis that I do from your other yoga videos :-)
