Downward dog, up dog, lunges, high lunges, crescent lunges, twists, hip lifts, butterfly, warrior 1, 2, 3, variations, side angle, wide legged, iguana, tree 🌲 roll shoulders up back and down to help lengthen the spine, triangle, goddess, fish 🐠 final pose over blocks to open chest and breathe.
