I've been trying to find a yoga class with weights that was a bit less intense than most. This is great. One slight comment? The exercise with the block between your feet and lowering the legs can be terrible for one's back (I did one and screeched). It might be helpful to give modifications for this (and, actually, I love it when instructors do that for all class participans who all differ in their abilities).

I enjoy yoga + weights classes and appreciate them! I've done a lot of 5 Parks classes. Maybe I was impatient today but I felt things moved a little slower than I would have liked. I felt like I could have done even more in the 25 minutes. That being said, I always REALLY appreciate the variety of types of classes and variety of length of classes! Thank you!

Love this class. Beware where you set your weights, I went from wide lunge to plank and kicked a weight on the way back...ooops... ow!!!! Great class! I love how descriptive Erin is as I am able to listen to work on form rather than always watching.

Loved this class! My gluten were burning as were my thighs! I loved adding weights to the yoga poses. I'm sure I'll feel it in my arms and legs tomorrow. I love your classes, Erin!

Great class,. It reminded me of a wonderful class I used too take any my gym in Seattle called REBEL YOGA. More of this kind of class. The weights are a great addition to the flow.

I've done this class many times, but I guess I never happened to look at the screen when your dog vanished into thin air! I had to stop it and go back to make sure I wasn't losing my mind! That was pretty funny!

This was so good for warming up and getting a little energy in the morning during cold weather and quarantines. A walk at lunchtime in the sun will be another good addition to the day when working from home and being away from the gym.

Not very energetic today, thought to myself: just 25 min, how bad could it be :) I used 5lb weight each hand, boy, did I get sweaty fast, heart pumping till the end. balance + movements + weights, always a challenge and benefit us in everyday life.

Nice workout with weights however when you are on the floor you might consider turning to the side so we can see you better and not just look at your gluteus maximus😉
