Hi Angie! You can keep working with sore muscles, unless you feel you are unable to do a move with proper form.. if you find your form starts to suffer from the soreness, give yourself a day to rest. Since you started on Sunday you are ahead of us already so feel free to take extra time if needed...

Just finished both workouts! Loved both of them! The stretching video really helped the sore spots from yesterday. Feeling much better. Peanut is hilarious! It's so obvious how much she loves you. Pets really enrich our lives!

Hi Shanette! I have several shorter stretches but for today's workouts it was important we stretch this much from Day 1 of the challenge ;-) Glad you did your best!

I can't thank you enough for your video series. I just discovered it 3 days ago and have exercised with you every morning. At near 60 yrs old flexiablity really is difficult for me. With you doing the exercise while describing it is so helpful. I would imagine you reach a diverse age group and this girl from this age group is extremely thankful. See you in the morning.

I did this workout yesterday and it made my back feel so good! The stretches and poses were exactly what my body needed because my whole core is sore today -- in a good way!

I really needed this stretching and strengthening routine today. I was feeling rather stiff and sore this morning after joining a yoga buddy outdoors yesterday morning and doing 108 sun salutations as it was the solstice. This workout has certainly brought some flexibility back. So pleased to see it on the SoS 2020 rotation.

I don't have yoga blocks but whenever I'm doing anything that has my hands on the floor, I use dumbbells (that's to relieve the pressure from carpal tunnel syndrome), That didn't work for going to tabletop, I'll try the power blocks since they're a bit higher next time.

Did this along with the stability ball stretch. I love devoting Sundays to stretching routines...I see them like I used to think of dessert....a real treat! I never would have come to that place without your help. I still like dessert once in awhile, but actually, I’d rather feel great with a fabulous stretch! Never thought I’d say that :) Nanci

Finished the day two workout....these seemingly simple sounding/looking exercises made me realize how having a baby has weakened my core strength...will exercises like this help me get that strength back...okay she's two!! But I am trying :)

I decided to "take the day off" and so I did this and the 20 Minute Rise & Shine workout. Much needed and deceptively challenging! I loved how vocal Peanut was too! He cracked me up. I could not keep my leg bent out to the side for the twists at the beginning of the 20 Minute Rise & Shine, my hips felt way too tight. Any suggestions on how to loosen them up?

My doggo mirrored Peanut as I did this exercise! :) He started right by my leg, and then eventually pulled a blanket over and slept to my right. This was a really fun, calming, and invigorating routine! Thanks for sharing. :)

Day 2 - great stretching routine! Just what I needed after yesterday! Even though I did this in the morning, it would be perfect for an evening stretch.
