I did this as part of the Calm and Strong plan and it was such a nice recovery stretch. Thank you for this one, Jessica, and loved Peanut in it. My cat must have liked the music in it, too, because he seemed extra calm (not his nature! Lol)

Jessica this was such a great stretch video - on day 7, week 3 of spring ahead challenge. Boy did my body need this today! I'm not a huge fan of stretching, I always avoid it as much as I can, but I have to say, this helped me A LOT with my period pains! I don't normally feel like exercising because of the amount of pain but I decided to give this a try. I'm not saying this routine made the pain go away completely but I certainly feel much better! Thank you for this. Too often I've found yoga that's either way too hard or way too easy for me. This seemed to be just right for me and I was surprised when I could do the 'extra' things, like bringing my elbows down. I really enjoyed this. Also Peanut is a total cutie!
