Intermediate Vinyasa Yoga sequence full of fun and challenging transitions to bring playfulness back into your yoga practice. There really are no rights or wrongs when it comes to transitioning from one yoga pose to the next, so long as you're mindful and it feels good. The transitions used in this vinyasa are a little different from what we've practised together. They are created to help you build strength, particularly in the legs and shoulders as well as cultivate body awareness and presence through fluid / meditative movements. We'll be playing around with the arm balance pose baby grasshopper with an unusual transition to enter into it, I'd love to hear how you found this particular transition and whether or not you managed it .

I love how you always go with the flow of your body. That's exactly how I teach my own classes and videos: with the flow of my body and my students 🥰 This one was really fun and playful! Loved the opportunity to take Pincha (still with my beloved wall though 😂). The transitions were also very fun. Thank you, my darling💓

So glad you enjoyed it, Debby. Pincha really is tough, the wall can definitely be a best friend until we're ready to go it alone. It's not in my practice much but enjoy a little play with Pincha here and there. Really glad you found the transitions fun 🎉 Sending lots of love 😊

Loved this! Grasshopper became an extended transition to warrior 3 😂 … I’ll keep practicing 😊 every dolphin I used as a chance for headstand 😁
