This flow was such a treat! Spring is underway and the quiet spaces between the cues allowed me to tune into the sounds of the birds outside (as well as my breath...when i could remember of course, ha!). Thank you XXX

Thank you for this more challenging class. I was glad to have some blocks handy as the floor was far away from my hands in the side stretch pose. But as you said in the introduction: find your way to make the poses possible. 😘🙏🏻🧘🏼♀

This class was quite tense on hips, but shavanasa later felt so good, too. The most difficult for me was the twisted balance pose. 2 leg dog is doable. Namaste!
