This flow was such a treat! Spring is underway and the quiet spaces between the cues allowed me to tune into the sounds of the birds outside (as well as my breath...when i could remember of course, ha!). Thank you XXX

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and I’ve never seen a two-legged dog. Wow! That was a challenge. Thank you for this practice. Namaste.

It really is a tough one, I'm also very wobbly in it. So glad I could bring a new pose to your practice, its awesome when we find new things to incorporate into our flows 🙏

Thank you for this more challenging class. I was glad to have some blocks handy as the floor was far away from my hands in the side stretch pose. But as you said in the introduction: find your way to make the poses possible. 😘🙏🏻🧘🏼‍♀

This practice was really wonderful. I’ve been in a yoga rut lately and I’ve been trying to get back into it! I felt great after this class! My legs are all wobbly now 😂 Thank you, Candace, Namasté! ❤️

This class was quite tense on hips, but shavanasa later felt so good, too. The most difficult for me was the twisted balance pose. 2 leg dog is doable. Namaste!
