Even longer, intermediate-advanced, minimal cues, no hands yoga classes would be wonderful! Throw in some half moon poses, etc. Love and appreciate your quiet demeanor and minimal cues for those of us practicing for many years. Thank you! 🙏🏻

Just found your channel a few days ago. I love your minimal cues classes! I'm struggling to find a class for reflux (there are many listed as "yoga for reflux" but they are either very beginner, or still contain inversions and bridges). I hope it's something you might consider creating as I really enjoy the way you teach. 😊
