This routine is the best non-chemical thing that measurably helps me sleep longer with side-effects of chemotherapy. Doable, and no side-effects. Would like to see a routine for atrophied conditions, especially for glutes and lower back. I am attempting more of your routines in small steps. Thanks for giving me a place to start. Big Thumbs-Up!

This was definitely restorative. I’ve been getting back into running and your yoga always helps my legs to feel so much better. When I start feeling achy I always tell my husband that it’s time for me to do some yoga with Tim! He likes it too 😁👍🏻

Wonderful bed time yoga I ever seen in my life m huge fan of yoga sir Tim senesi . I do yoga 1 hour on daily bases . But I think this is totally different and I loved it I do this last 6 days and feeling great 👍 Thank you sir M your bigger fan 😘😘

Great sequence! Been doing it most nights now for several months with a longer practice in the morning. It’s good as even if I am really tired can still manage it. I keep thinking whether it is worth throwing in a few back bends though, especially if you are spending a lot of time leaning forward all day...?
