This sequence can help the body and mind to release the tension and stress of the day to help you prepare for a deep and restorative night's rest.

Loved this, there are always so many morning yoga videos but never enough bedtime classes! I love being lulled to sleep :)

OK what day is it? Where am I? I just woke up, last thing I remember is Happy Baby...........thanks for another excellent session Tim, my old bones love these ones. (I often wonder what Ollie is thinking as he watches you lol)

It's been taking me a while to get into this practice, because I was so used to your 12 minute version. Nevertheless, it's nice to have a bit of a longer practice, even though I miss some of the other poses. Should I be alternating these practices, or is it OK to stick with the same one every night? 🌙
