I have gone through so many videos on youtube but couldn't find a good one. But the day I came across your channel after that I never searched for it. You cleared my all confusion. You have sequence to how to do is perfect and how to come to next posture. Wonderful experience. The day I started yoga, I never miss a day. I've been doing yoga for some month now but only afterdiscovering your channel I started to enjoy Suryanamaskara. I also love the fact that at the end of the video there's meditation, thanks toit I started sleeping well and I got better at managing my anxiety problems. You are truly amazing and I will surely follow all your classes! I have a little question tho,I truly struggle when I have to take my leg between my hands, how can I get better? 21:10 my right foot just slides down my left thigh. Do you somehow need to lock your right foot on your left thigh? Or do you need to keep the back of your right thigh tight to prevent the foot from sliding down?

very nice and soothing and flowfull mindfull yogaNeha,thankyou.just have one question,my knee hurts a bit but i can sit in sukhaasan or veeraasan, vajraasan which is gebnerally not advised in knee pain so my querry is ...can i sit iin these postures mindfully while doing yoga so that i can improve my muscle strength.
