the moment i follow her tutorial here , the magic happens to me which i finally lift off my feet from the floors in this pose ! thank you so much christina , i've found your every single tips that i encountered are most helpful , you're my hero!

great tutorial and well explained! I've been practising Ashtanga primary for a month now and these things just happened. Lolasana was never an option for me, but especially the core strength from Navasana made it accessible with quite some ease. so now I try to find ways to teach all these amazing moves to my students :) Thanks, Christina and cheers from Austria :)

Great video, thanks so much! I just mastered the L-sit (to my utter surprise I might add) but the friend I do core practice with is still struggling. This is a great alternative for him!
