Hi Sarah thank you for sending me these links interesting that this is the first one I opened of the links and this was the one I was thinking about doing in the morning. Great minds think alike and I am another old lady 65 yes old but these certainly don't feel like old lady workouts. I am sure a young person would struggle.

Yay yes, great minds think alike!! It’s definitely a great workout with lots of reps so just rest in between or pause the video whenever you need to. Let me know which move is your favorite! ❤️💪🏼

Hi Sarah, I added this to another amazing trainer's resistance band 15 minutes workout. I am wondering what your thoughts are on yoga ball chairs please.

Awesome! As far as the ball chairs we used to have one and it was great! My son used it at his desk and it was great for the core and just a nice set up altogether! Eventually (after a few years)the ball just kept losing air and we ended up getting a regular desk chair. Hope this helps!

Hi Coach Sarah ma'am! Is this also for men? I am a 33 year old man and tried this lesson with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda cans as weights (half pound each) but didn't even last 1 full sequence and my arms just failed around 9 minutes. My MIL told me to go and rest. My MIL is 66 and did full lesson powerfully with 12 lb dumbbells! Her biceps are powerfully thick like yours and she have unbeatable strength! I feel really low and very defeated

The main thing is to start light and each day see if you can do just a little more. From there you can always go up in weight but better to go a little lighter at first and build up the reps. Hope this helps!! Just do your best and start where you are:)

@@HappyYogatv Thank you for your guidance, Coach Sarah ma'am! This is really, really hard training for me! I am a man and work as a personal assistant to my MIL's work-from-home business. Every morning, she does your hour powerful lessons! She told me it is good for me to join her even if I can only last 5 minutes until I exhaust! I tried an arm-wrestle test against my MIL but even with my two arms together against her one arm, I could not even move her arm :( I want to be a bit confident with some self-esteem in front of my MIL
