I don't have ms, but my daughter does. But because of a surgery, a fall two years ago. I'm not very balanced. I loved this exercise class. Thank you. I'm going to do this everyday.

Appreciate this video Sherry, because it’s not always possible to do longer or standing routines due to fatigue, today being an example. I was so pleased to know I could manage and enjoy this (also the other two sessions in the series) You’re so right in saying it’s best to do some movement when you’re fatigued with MS because I happen to know research has backed this up👍 Delighted to have you as part of my being the best I can be with my MS😊
