I was really struggling with my weight in 2020. Long sitting hours couldn't go out coz of pandemic. Didn't really like to go to gym. But luckily i came across your 12 rounds of surya namaskar video around mid of 2020. I followed all your videos religiously after that. And when i got married in 2021 November i lost almost 12 kg. Loved this video a lot & want to tell you that I have switched to many different yoga channels before I stick to yours Rashmi! I love your videos a lot, first thing I do in the morning is so workout using your videos and best part is if I am in hurry I have option of even 10 min & 20 min workout because of you❤.
