Super akka. It is a good recap of all types in our kitchen too. One more we make - dwadasi poricha rasam - which is special in all acharyal madams on dwadasi . - masala ground with roasted urad dhal, chilli and thengai added to paruppu jalam - without Puli - with lemon juice added last . . All other usual ingredients for rasam ..

For dwadashi we make - pepper, channa dal, urad dal, chilli, jeera and coconut. Roasted and added to cooked dal water. It’s awesome when had hot with rice and ghee. Top it with lemon juice and once more with Nelli chat. Superb it is.
