A short sequence leading to the peak pose - Trianga Mukhaikapada Paschimottanasana. This posture is a combination of Paschimottanasana and Virasana and requires flexibility in hamstrings as well as Quads. This sequence helps prepare the body for the pose and for best results I would recommend doing 6 to 12 Sun Salutations before doing this class.
Please avoid this posture if you have any pre-existing knee issues and never practice a pose that creates pain, tingling or numbness in the body.
