I am facing stressful family situations for the last two years and now it has come in the form of hypertension, it is also another stress...I hv just started doing yoga, but don't know how to warm up and cool down, but your this video is very helpful to me... Neelam, your demonstration is very informative. As an elderly, I suffer from high BP which despite modern medicines has not remitted. Being a vegan, I consume almost every fruit and vegetable you recommended. And from now on, I will incorporate Lauki juice 1 or 2 times a week into my diet.
