SERIOUSLY!!! this is the only video on youtube that explains clearly every step. there are hundreds of kapalbhati videos. lekin log bhool jaatey hai ki beginners ko ekdam detailed explanation chahiye. poora youtube chaan marne k baad this is the best video I found with clean instruction. no heavy edits and perfect lower thirds!! thank you so much!!

Though I am very senior by age, I look upon you not as your grandfather but as a young 'Guru' who taught me how to do the Kapal Bhati. Every morning I do it after having remembering each and every small points that you have taught in the video. Madam, your demonstration is so cleared hence, there's no room for any doubt. When I see youngsters like you, I do have a hope that our Sanatani culture will be returned to its past glory of Golden-age. Supreme bless you.!

Madam, I am a senior citizen (Age 76), maybe like your grandfather. I had learned Kapaalbhati as a beginner from you through your Video dated April 18, 2020. I had admired you for your excellent demonstration, which I could realize was not at all easy along with commentary. From that day, every morning along with the Brahma Vidya (which includes some breathing exercises); I have been also doing Kapalbhati as per your precise teaching and remembering your every word. What is important to me is, though you are very younger than me, before starting this exercise, I do remember you with your all instructions, and assume you as my ‘Guru’ I start my Kapalbhati exercise with proper concentration. Aftermath is, I remain fit and active despite the present Corona pandemic.

Very well done. Simple yet clear. I have incorporated "Kapalbhati" as part of most of stretches that I do in my yoga routine every morning. I may be sitting or lying but i am able to follow the basics of Kapalbhati.
