Very helpful video madam. Mujhe bo ka problem nahi hai. Lekin mera bp hamesha 110/70, 120/80 aisa hota hai. To kya me kar sakti hu ye pranayam??

दी मेरे लास्ट 12 ईयर से जीभ पर छाले हो जाते है और ठीक भी होते दुबारा होते है dr. ने APATHOUS STAmatics likha+ constipation , 1 मंथ से ट्रीटमेंट लिया ठीक नही है। Hb bhi increase he 18 please koi yog ho jis se thik ho jaee..... Apki video se नाड़ी शोधन, अनुलोम, कपाल ओर ये शितल करता हु प्ल्ज़ हेल्प

Hello mam🙏me SUMANA,from Kolkata,mam mujhe low BP ka bohot problem hai,main hamesha stress mein raheti hu for my carrier & my love relationship,main 25 years ki hu,lekin mam stress k wajha se main over age ki dikhti hu,aur stress lene k wajha se mujhe migraine problem v bohot hota hai,mam mera hamesha low BP raheta hai,isi liye mujhe chakkad v aata hai,mam aap koi solutions bolie,jis se low BP normal rahe & main stress relax rahe pau 🙏

muze nasal polyp hua he allergy ki vajah se meri treatment chl rhi he but its not curable we js can control it bt muze body heat ki extrem prb he painful urination and also there is burning in my palm of legs so its uncontroable heat for me then should i do it or not? will it not trigger my nose prb??

Mujhe acidity bahot hoti hai par mera BP bhi low rehta hai . Toh mein ye pranayam karna chah Rahi thi acidity ke liye. Par mera BP bhi zyada low rehta hai . Kya mein ye pranayam kar sakti hu

aap koi bhi teen pranyama kijiye for 10 min each: Bhastrika / Kapalbhati Anulom Vilom Bhramari/OM chanting or you can meditate also for 5 min, very good for busy hectic day
