This yoga video is suitable for intermediate yogis and strong beginners. This standing yoga flow sequence starts and ends in Mountain Pose (no seated or supine poses). We practice one-legged balance poses to strengthen the lower body. Be patient and just have fun with it! It helps to have a sense of humor when you wobble or fall. :)

This was a fast one - it’s great for those days when you want to get strong movements but don’t have a lot of time or if combining multiple yoga practices. Namaste!
