In my 9 years of guiding this style of yoga series, I have learned that Day 15 marks the perfect moment in the journey to practice checking in which allows us to evoke a very helpful and real mind-body reset.
Through breathwork and movement technique we remain loyal to the process, in a sincere effort to live in the present.

That's a wonderful choice! I didn't do that initially, but the more yoga I did the more my body responded in a way that said it didn't want alcohol anymore. Keep it up!

When Adriene said "maybe you are a dancing tree" in my head I started singing Dancing Queen but with the words "you are a dancing tree, strong and free, feel the leafy leaves" LOL thank you Adriene for making me smile and have a little dance party in my head this morning! You are so good for my soul!

I’ve done A’s 30 day class every year for the last four years and pretty much always finish up in April! Life gets in the way and I don’t stress any more about the timing!

so, in full disclosure, i have a debilitating chronic illness. i don’t actually have the strength or energy to keep up with these beautiful videos. however, i watch each day to be here in light, love, and healing, and then on my own i do yoga along with adriene’s yoga for when you are sick, or a few other favorites i am able to keep up with. i’ve now been doing yoga with adriene every day for 3 years in march. thank you for every healing breath, every strengthening move. i am healthier and healthier every day. for which, i give tremendous gratitude ❤️

Well done everyone for making it half way. We all just proved we can do good but hard things. I know I and a few others sometimes had things get in the way, meaning one or two days we didn’t get to the mat. But look at us, all here again. Everyone, We are resilient! We are so strong, brave, and loved. I am wishing everyone a successful 30 day journey, even if one or two days are taken out. Catch up if you can (I will be!) or just continue on with the new videos. All modifications are successful. Love you all! ❤

Thank you for saying that! This year I’ve surprisingly not missed a day but during the last years I almost always missed at least one. It can be so frustrating but it’s actually not a big deal! If you miss a day there’s probably a good reason for it and be it just a lack of motivation. It’s okay. The videos are still here a day later and the community is always so supportive and happy to welcome anyone back.

@ Wow well done for doing this challenge multiple years! This is my second year, last year being the first time I tired yoga! I think it’s absolutely amazing what yoga can do to your life and day, no matter how many days you get here every day you learn. I am just so proud of anyone who can come here and even do one day, let alone a week, or two or the whole thing. All of it is a testament to our resilience and power. A missed day is not an unsuccessful day, it doesn’t mean we ‘failed’. It’s all a learning and growing process. And since we are all here again we clearly cannot be stopped when it comes to facing our goals ❤️ Thanks for your comment and good luck ❤️

I did miss 1 day and was mad at myself. I used it to my benefit tho. I would practice in the evenings and I couldn't start earlier in the day because the videos drop at 11:30AM here. Now I am in sync as I practice in the mornings.

The videos start at 10PM here in Canada, and I've been going through a miscarriage for the last few weeks which is a tough process, so I'm quite tired by the time the new video starts each day. Despite this, I'm so thankful for this new pillar of stability and routine in my life. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much, Adriene, Benji, and everyone else around the world for being here and supporting each other together! Will anyone else continue with the at-home yoga practice after this 30-day challenge ends? I'm starting to think about how I can continue the momentum with mine, rather than stopping and reverting backwards. Does anyone else have any ideas for what they will do? Perhaps continue on with more of Adriene's 30-day challenges? Much love.

You’re doing great ♥️ the last years I always did older 30 days of yoga challenges for a few months. She also makes a calender for every month with a theme and ‘normal’ older videos, so that’s a possibility too.

Hey, what you are going through sounds very challenging and I'm grateful that you cultivate this body and mind resilience with Adriene 💜 Like others have said, practising older 30 day journeys from Adriene is a good idea. She also has a paid platform with loads of content, including the 30 day ones. I used to be a member and it was lovely. Some people are more motivated when they pay for the service. So, I thought I'd mentioned it just in case it helps 🌷

That's a very hard thing to go through. I've been doing Adriene's other 30 day practices and will pick another month when this is done. Probably Home for me this time. Best wishes for your health.

I'm so sorry for your loss. 💔It takes time to heal, and mentally it's so hard (been there). I will be continuing but I haven't decided yet if I start an old 30-day challenge or if I follow the monthly schedule. I really want to continue this new routine as it seems to do me good. I live in France and the new video starts at 7am so it's a perfect time for my morning: I wake up a little before the rest of the family and can enjoy my morning yoga and then I'll wake up the others.

Continuing with the monthly calendars is a good idea imo. I do them every now and then during each year - although there are periods when I like to do a practice I choose, so I don't do all the calendars. But they definitely help with being more consistent in my opinion. I also like that each one has a theme, so they are not just some random calendars with yoga for every single day of the month. It was a good practice today, everyone. Hope to see you following through some other calendars during the year. Namasté to everyone.🙏

Checking in today, a lot of anxiety and sadness came up. I had to pause the practice twice to give myself some time to cry. I do, however, now feel a little bit more relaxed. Maybe because I'm not pushing all the hard things away? I also still feel sad and anxious though and I wish this entire community and myself softness and kindness throughout this journey. Thank you and lots of love!

🌞Day 15🌞 already!! We hit the halfway mark, can you believe it? I’m so proud of all of us for continuously showing up. Anyone planning to follow through with the monthly calendar? :) I woke up with some pretty bad upper back pain today and this practice helped a lot. Thank you!! I really want to keep this going after the 30 Days but accountability partners would be great! Let me know if you’ll also be there. 💫

For the first time this year, yes, I am planning to keep going with the monthly calendars. I figured if I can do 30 days, I can do 60 days, 100 days, 365 days. Practicing yoga daily has been making me feel so much better physically and mentally that I think it's truly worth a try 🙂

I turn 20 this year so I feel like my life is only starting to become what I've always wanted it to be. This is so exciting, but scary at the same time. Even though my dreams are coming true right in front of my eyes, I am constantly anxious and doubtful. My intension for today was just "Breathe", because I tend to forget and hold it in for too long. It's hard being an anxious teenager becoming an anxious adult. But those practises help me ground myself and remind me that nothing bad is happening to me and I need to "just" breathe and have fun. It's the beginning of my 3rd year with YWA and I couldnt be more thankful. We got this. I got this:)

Wow! Turning 20 sounds beautiful, and in fact it is ♥ but I can understand and I know from experience that it can be difficult and scary as well, especially these days. Youre obviously ahead in your process of awareness and personal growth if you're here for the third year 💪 and this is a powerful tool that will help you a lot in your journey. Nonetheless I hope you have someone close or around you ready to help you, should you need, because we all need help sometime. Wish you only the best, I mean it, for many many years to come, take good care of yourself 💏

Good for you for starting yoga in your teens! You are setting yourself up with a practice which will help you so much now and in all the years to come. I'm 43 and only started a yoga practice 4 years ago, but it has changed my life immensely.

My family has a tradition where when you turn 20, since you aren’t a kid but not quite an adult, you get a whole year to choose what you want to be ☺️previous choices have been cat, unicorn, happy… make it your own! You will find yourself many times as the years pass and they are all you!

Thank you so much for sharing yourself inside this miracle community. What a 3yrs it has been. For me 2021, 2022, 30 day practice was such a positive ground to stand on, the only positive ground. I think at any-all ages we are all dealing with that inside somewhat toxic feeling of anxiety- anxiousness. Not fare at all. I'm so grateful we are mindful and conscious of these negative energies. Namaste and peace. We know better and that's a solid ground.

Halfway through yet I think I'll never let my day slide without yoga again. I feel so much better. I am willing to change my fate so I chose to show up every day and my seasonal depression went away. Last night i was thinking to myself how I haven’t been very present with my family for a while. My kids are teenagers now and they go off and to their own thing most of the time. You would think I would try and crave every minute they decide to be with me. But one thing or another takes me attention away from being present with them. I’m glad I noticed it and this practice made it even more apparent. It’s been a while since I’ve cried doing yoga but today got me. My intention for last half of this 30days is to really focus on being in the moment. Thank you again for your time and energy it spoke to me on a very deep level this morning ❤

I woke up at 5am and it was a bit difficult to fall into sleep again. But I did and when the alarm went off I felt like digging myself from a grave so this was definitely the hardest morning for me so far to get myself on the mat. But I remembered Adriene's words, "the hardest thing is to show up" and I decided that I cannot let myself down and to not show up, so I did. I’ve been doing yoga on and off for a few years now (more off than on), and today was awesome. For the first time ever, I said an unprompted “I am strong” in plank pose … and I meant it and felt it. Thank you for this great practice on a great journey, Adriene.

I felt a surge of confidence in tree pose today, so then I tried to shut my eyes and hold it and immediately fell into the wall. Perfectly humbled. I had to pause to laugh at myself before I could refocus. Cheers to feeling more stable and showing up to practice! Thank you Adriene!!

Honestly been having a rough couple mornings- my anxiety has been off the roof but each day every day for this series, I showed up and tried, the next day came, kept trying, next day came, kept trying, and today came, and I was finally able to breathe again with gratitude. It works. This showing up thing works. And I’m trying not to beat myself up like “ugh the past few ones were a waste bc I wasn’t present” no, I did my best and I showed up to be rewarded with quite literally, ✨a Reset✨. The timing of the theme was perfect. It works. This really works. Thank you Adriene!!!!!!!!!!

This is my first go at yoga, and I've shown up every single day! I'm 45 years old, and my flexibility is surprisingly good, but due to some muscle atrophy in my left leg, my balance is terrible. I was feeling pretty bad about that during tree pose, but when Adriene said maybe some of us were dancing trees today, I laughed out loud and felt so much better. I'm in Oklahoma where the trees are always dancing! I'm so grateful for Adriene's gentle, inviting approach to yoga. I can't imagine doing this fifteen days in a row with anyone else!

today was spiritual, and wonderful. Anyone remember years ago in early videos, adriene commenting on moving your ponytail as she was used to short hair this was a new thing for her? I had missed 3 days on the mat. today was the perfect day to come back to it. Love was my word today. namaste.

This showing up every day is not the aim but truly a journey in itself. Thank you all, who are making this possible. In my part of Europe (Slovenia) these practices start at 7 AM, which is the best time to start-off my day before going to work. Ready, set (intention), go! 😊

This practice was magical. I needed this practice today. The perfect level of relaxation and breath work with a bit of vinyasa flow. Thank you Adriene. The way you calm me and impact me on and off the mat with these yoga journeys is truly remarkable. ❤️

Oh yeah, just the prescription for today. NICE. Progress is being made, and I'm definitely here for it. And I'll be back for it tomorrow, and tomorrow...♾ The physical benefits are equally met with the personal growth. How did I forget how beneficial the whole 30-day process is?! Glad we're all here! 🙏

I have commented this on anther one of Adriene's videos but I think it needs to be said again- somehow each of these practices really relates to my day. Like, when I'm feeling high energy she has a practice planned justc for that, when I'm feeling low energy (and tempted to not come to the mat, like today) she provides me with something challenging enough for that day. Throughout, I never feel defeated.

A few weeks later, but I'm here! Usually I am very strict with these things, but I gave myself permission to go my own pace. And symbolically for me, the last lesson of this journey is on the last day of of my current job. In januari I decided to quit, to give myself more space. The yoga lessons help me to stay with myself, even though it is scary to let go.

How does Adriene manage to always create exactly the yoga session I need at that moment? It amazes me and I feel so lucky! The last days were tough, I deeply struggled with negative emotions and even cried through yesterdays session - which sounds so sad but oh my was it relieving. After todays box breath, I felt positively settled for the first time in days. Feeling so proud and honored to be practicing with you guys. Adriene - YOU are MY hero!

I've been doing different sessions you offer for over 3 months. Just doing what I can. I very quickly realized I was a beginner so I just did what I could until I needed to tap out. This beginner class is amazing. Thank you. It's changed my life. I've had a stroke 7 years ago and have been in physiotherapy every since. I've made a incredible recovery with physio. This yoga has completed the journey. I no longer see my physio.

My word of intention is "observe." And what I observed during this practice is that my strength is slowly and steadily sneaking up on me. In just the past two weeks, a downward facing dog is starting to again feel like a resting pose. (I've been away from yoga for a while.) My planks are less wobbly. I am getting stronger! And I LOVE the length of these videos - They are PERFECT for those of us who are new or starting over. Slowly building strength without feeling overwhelmed! Thank you so much, Adrian!

Wow, this felt like a reset. I feel replenished and amazing. I managed to stand in tree with my eyes closed today. I’ve not done that before. I was a little wobbly, but then I figured… trees move in the breeze, so that was me today, swaying with the wind! ☺️🙏🏼💛 Thank you, Adriene! ❤️

That box breath was so relaxing! I’m still under the weather, but I’ve been so relieved that I’ve been able to keep coming to the mat everyday and to move and feel my body in a positive way!

That was pure joy, I’ve left my mat with a huge smile and energy that wasn’t here this morning. I also experienced my first flow state in all my years of practice, my mind went blank and I was in my body. It lasted a few seconds but was a beautiful experience. Thanks Adriene and to everyone practicing ❤

I'm late to the party now, as I couldn't practice the last few days and I struggled with not being able to do everything and especially yoga .. I'll confess I just cried a little once Adriene concluded with her nice words, I really needed that today. Thanks Adriene, you are MY hero

And today was the day I finally felt what Adriene has been saying since day 1...trust the process and with daily practice inner wisdom will come. I didn't want to step on the mat, but within 5 minutes I felt my heart soar. It knew what it wanted and I trusted it despite my brain telling me otherwise. Truly transformative thank you for giving an accessible way to practice daily and truly receive the benefits of a yoga practice.

What I have realized is the connection I have with my body, this is so worth it to be done bedtime, I’ve done just waking up the other days it is energizing but surprisingly doing it bedtime is relaxing 😌 ❤ thank you Adriene for putting the effort for your daily messages and motivational quotes, it means a lot 🥰🧘🏻‍♀️❤️ good job everyone for being consistent 👏🏽

Can't believe how comfortable I've become entering and exiting some of the poses having only done them for 15 days. It makes me realize that the struggles I have had in yoga all these years are really more about my lack of consistency rather than not being able to do them and not being flexible. I'm feeling very encouraged at what a consistent daily practice of yoga can do for both the flexibility of my body, and also my mind. Thanks Adriene and Benji! ❤

I was feeling stressed with work, overwhelmed, but this “reset” practice saved me from losing my purpose. I was able to finish the practice with the two most important key words in heart-Healthy and Family. Everything else is secondary and with that in mind, my stress lost its power. Amazing. I have followed YWA for 9 years and have not yet complete a new year 30 day yoga journey, but here we are at day 15 baby! I can feel this journey stretching into every corner of my life and it’s so refreshing. Thankyou Adriene for this wonderful gift you have given us and thankyou to everyone who has practiced with us so far. This is a truly beautiful community.

Day 15! 💟 Another great practice. Love Tree Pose - it's such a challenge and such a barometer for me. Today's tree was very wobbly so I kept the raised leg fairly low and it felt great. Heading off to a somewhat busy day well grounded and looking forward to tomorrow. Have a great day y'all! 😍

I've started this series much later than you posted, I started mid-june 2023. This series has been added to my morning routine after walking 1.5 miles. This, if nothing else, gives me 20 minutes to be with my spirit, my heart, my mind, and my body. Thank you for this

Some unexpected tears flowed at the end bringing in a feeling of calm & release. This title RESET is very apt. It is so lovely that I can put my stress on a shelf for 20 mins or so & just move with the breath. Thank you for this gift & your guidance, Adriene. Love to all the fellow humans out there! As I was performing my best dancing tree I was annoyed with myself as, having done daily yoga with Adriene since the start of UK lock down, I’ve not done any for the last 4 months until this challenge. I was annoyed by how much strength, balance and flexibility I had lost in such a short time. However over these days it has already started to return! And the fact that this now redesigned, 4 month post cancer surgery body can do anything at all is only to be celebrated. Thank you Adriene for reconnecting me to me!

I just have to say, I was nervous on day one about keeping with it because we had a move right in the middle. I can now happily say I am moved in and didn’t miss a day. It even felt like the daily practices were made for the timeline I was in. When I had trouble wanting to show up it was the e-mails, a shorter video, and nice stretch. I am so proud to still be here. Thank you.

I used to do YWA almost daily, then I went through a year and a half of sickness. 2 weeks ago I couldn't do a full plank, I couldn't get into any sort of lunge, and every practice was torture. Now my modifications are few and far between. After my body and my health being out of control for so long, it feels good to move like this again. I don't know what tomorrow brings, but today I am stronger and healthier because if Adriene.

Half way through!!! I can finally touch the ground in a forward fold! Honestly seeing my progress from day to day is the best part of this journey. The next goal is heels completely down in downward dog. See you tomorrow everyone!

My tree was dancing a little bit today, but with fewer wobbles than in previous days' balancing poses! When Adriene invited us choose a word to take with us into the next two weeks, the one that bubbled up in my mind was "love." 💚
