Oh Day 29, my luckiest number, and the most special practice that provides such a beautiful opportunity to listen to your inner voice, your higher self, your best teacher. Today, I invite you to find freedom within the form. Don’t decide where it ends. Embody it. Listen. Pay attention. Respond. Intuit.
This is a powerful practice that starts with a good dose of spinal flexion and ends with creative core. Look, we have come a long way so I intuited that a little Wu-Tang boat pose was most necessary, for me. Don’t forget… it’s okay to have FUN!
Use your breath to bring yourself back home, darling. We continue to play with our vocabulary today before our final session, Day 30.
We are almost there, though I must gently warn you… tomorrow’s practice will be different. But the same. (Cool, Adriene.)
It is all a part of the journey, which is most certainly the reward.
The process is the candy.
See?
Honor the time you’ve taken to listen and hone your intuition. Seek to move in a way that feels truly in alignment with who you are.
Finally, let’s try to get in the habit of taking only what we need and not more than what we need.

The HOME journey may be coming to an end, but give a 👍 if you plan on continuing daily yoga for the rest of the year, starting next month with her February playlist. It would be great to continue to support each other as the months go on here in the comments! ☺❤

Yes for sure! I've felt such a shift from doing this each morning that I'd love to continue next month! I'm even finding that it's helping me show up each day to my art journal which was a surprising (but totally welcome!) extra :)

The "Peace, out" was my favorite part! I feel weird saying, "Namaste," but "Peace, out" is totally comfortable and natural for me!

I want to say Thank you , Adriene❤️ i joined you for Yoga the Last 29 days and yes, tomorrow is a really big day for me, as i am getting married 👰... i am so looking forward to meet on the mat tomorrow Morning before going to my own Wedding. I couldnt have thought of a better preparation for this, than the 30 days of yoga to Go Home. The Last two sentences of todays practice meant a lot to me. So Thank you from my Heart, Adriene! I loved those spinal twists at the end. They felt so good!The whole practice was great, of course. I fell out of half moon a few times but, as another yoga teacher said: "some days are more windy than others". Thank you, Adriene 🙏💖

Yes! Do you feel like you are learning to trust yourself more, and if you have a wobbly day you just accept it more? I feel like I have more patience with myself and my body and I trust the process, if I show up every day, I will get stronger and my balance will improve. I don't feel I need to force it, as I have every other time I have practised yoga.

I dont have the privilege of praticing in quite. With 2 little girls running around, laughing out loud and of course shouting at each other 😄. I can not even hear what adriene said sometimes because of them. Once or twice i lost my temper. But after some times, i realize, they ARE my home. Now im So glad that i can practising HOME with 'my home' running around me. Thankyou adriene for the journey

Is it just me or does anyone else feel a wave emotion as the practice ends? Adriene permeates so much love and kindness. It is exactly what we need in the world right now.

Today was hard. I didn't sleep well and woke up grumpy. Luckily I rolled out the yoga mat automatically and turned the video on. When I saw it was 26 minutes I felt resistance and doubt... Then I just did it. And now I feel accomplished in spite of everything. Namaste!

Good on you Zita for doing it anyway :) I found it difficult to get back into the 30 days after having skipped the last 3-4 days and as tough as it was just getting settled enough to even begin the video I too managed and am glad to be picking it up again. Your words 'resistance and doubt' certainly rang true!

@@raminfarahani4648 After 3-4 days it's hard. I'm trying to keep to 2 day rule - not skip more than a day. Then I know I'm allowed a break, but still keep the habit going as well. Great that you're picking it up again!

Most of these comments are 1 & 2 yrs ago, but I only just discovered you this year, Adrienne. Thank you for offering these. You have really helped me appreciate Yoga practice in a way a hadn’t before, (always been more of a Pilates girl), and it’s helping me get back strength, balance, focus, and de-stressing. I loved this Intuit…today I really felt my progress through doing this 30 Day Home series…my balance was much improved on the half moons, and my core strength & control much improved on the boat poses. ❤

Y'all, I'm just feeling so good today. I started this 30 day yoga journey after getting furloughed from my job due to COVID-19 and after taking a yogic hiatus for about 2 years. At the beginning of this 30 days, I was tight and majorly lacking in strength and I was feeling so doubtful of myself. Yet, I persisted, and today I managed high boat to low boat for the first time ever AND got my first ever full chaturanga. I'm planning on going straight into another 30 day challenge and I could not be more excited. If I could accomplish all that in just a month, imagine what can be done in two. I'm so grateful to Adriene for providing such a safe, positive, and encouraging space to explore. From the bottom of my heart, thank you

And that’s almost a wrap! Started last year with the 2019; 30 days of yoga, and then finished 365! It’s been brilliant. Very special to have yoga in my life every day, comforting. Really enjoyed these 29 days and looking forward tomorrow’s unique at home practice. Remember the saying, every journey begins with one step. Thank you Adriene. Namaste 🙏

I didn't plan it out, but my journey Home will end tomorrow on Christmas eve. This is a hard one for me. I know for us all. Among other things to grieve, this will be my first Christmas without my beloved Sadie, my cat that I'd had for almost all of my 19 years of life, my best friend. Thank you for walking me through this darkness, Adriene. It seems so appropriate that I am ending this journey right after the solstice. Walking into the light. Holding onto Hope. Things will get brighter. And right around the corner will be Breath. I'm looking forward to practicing live with you all in January. Namaste, Friends. I love you, Adriene. I love you all. Love and Light. We can make it. To anyone who feels lost, keep going. You can never be lost. I promise you. You are whole as you are. You are here. Divine. It's gonna get brighter. The sun surely rises everyday. Even behind storm clouds. It's still there. For you.

Today I think I started to hear my inner teacher, normally in my everyday actions I would always try to choose the difficult option cause I thought it was a way for me to not be weak. But today I understood that being strong is also listening to our little voice inside guiding us to what feels good for us now, and I think that can make me grow more than fighting myself. LOVED this!!! Who was it that said, falling out of the pose makes you human, getting back in to the pose makes you a yogi/yogini? Felt that HARD today during the half moon sequences. Definitely something for me to work towards. The layer that makes me feel like an imposter when I practice yoga is falling away. Thank you, Adriene and namaste everyone! x

I've been following adrienne for over 5 years now, I admit there was about 1.5 years I stopped doing it in any regularity, but it has helped so much this past year. I appreciate you!

The has been a rough month. Today I have a heavy heart as I need to put a pet down today. I didn't think I could let go for this practice, and yet....it was what I needed. This journey have been so opening for me. The most I've been able to zone out on the word of the practice and feel it, and then carry it through my day. Thank you Adriene!

So sorry about your pet. I discovered an abandoned kitten at the roadside on Sunday, and turned it over to a shelter (no kill) on Friday, so it’s been a challenging week for me. So glad to have yoga, also for my mental health. Take care of yourself...

This was my first yoga class since my FINAL cancer surgery last Monday. Your classes have sustained me through finishing chemo during the pandemic, and they will definitely be a part of my journey back to full strength and health. I love the options and encouragement that you offer.

5 DAY 30's. Home is THE ONE! The ultimate compliment to the "Adriene Voice" in the final moments...I tuned the voice out and my own beloved inner child's voice took over...moving from the "inside out!" This is the Pilgrims' Way. I discovered your huge library of yoga practices during quarantine and I can't tell you haw thankful I am that I did. I have just completed a year of treatments for breast cancer (full on chemo, double mastectomy, infusions up until my very last one YESTERDAY). My energy level varies greatly, and it is so wonderful to be able to look for exactly the level or practice I need for any given day. Yoga With Adriene will be my go to yoga from here on out as I gain strength and continue my journey back to full health. Thank you so much.

Thank you so much Adrienne, these last 29 days have been incredible. This is my first time sticking to a yoga programme. I hurt my lower back in the gym and its forced me to be less intense with myself. Coming to the mat everyday has helped me take care of myself, learn to breathe better and set an intention for the day. I’ve loved every moment. I am going to do another 30 day playlist after this one ❤️

This series has become surprisingly special to me through quarantine. So greatful for another 30 days journey 😊 I had to intuit and modify a lot today. My back said no to forward folds without bent knees, my knees and back said no to cobblers pose or bridge. Not two months ago I was following along with class but I will make it back. See you all for day 30! Namaste ♥️😁

On the mat early today and already warmed up to do the practice. Proud to say that I'm adding the final touches to the first chapter of my book of this year. I'm excited to tune in and listen to what my mind and heart are saying while also being low key sad that this journey is coming to an end. I realize that this doesn't have to be where the journey ends and that the best is yet to come. One more stop left and we're home everyone. Sending positive vibes to all of you. Namaste.

Wow! Today practice was great! It's been 29 day and we have all made it so far. We've learned so much from these practices and they have benefited us in all of the best ways. These practices have taught us how to breath, remain calm, and take a break. You've all done great, give yourself a pat on the back for making it this far. This is the furthest I've ever made it with a 30 day challenge without missing a day! This has been a challenging month, as I spent a great deal of time and energy preparing for an audition. I didn't get the job, and the sadness is still very present. But rolling up my mat at the end of today's practice, I felt gratitude for the constancy of yoga and your guidance, Adriene. Love to you and all of the YWA family who have been a part of this journey!

I was actually really angry during that because I physiologically cannot rise during boat yet (4 C-sections). Adriene, please model a low boat to high boat for those of us with abdominal damage. Thank you!

Me neither, it's like I physically can't do the high boat low boat, and I feel like it's not a question of strenght, but that my legs are way too light compared with my bust. Adriene, can you please give more options or tips when we get to that exercice? It's like you offer variants for everything else, except the one move my body cannot do :P

I definitely was struggling a bit today. I was falling over and shaking from some of the poses. During the abdominal exercise of lifting and lowering, I had to pause the video to take more time with it. I really appreciate the time you take at the end to tell us to honor our own time. Us doing these yoga practices really are acts of self-love. In the past, I would beat myself up during exercise because I wasn't doing as well as others or because I wasn't where I wanted to be, but now I'm learning to instead appreciate the fact that I'm taking this time for myself and that I'm trying my best. Thank you for your guidance!

Cold sick today, and tired, so with my eyes half-shut I couldn't really see the half-moon pose. My version is what I needed today.

Adriene I think you are an absolute gift to the planet. I am so thankful and beyond grateful for your 30 day program HOME. After a huge and tragic loss in my life 2 years ago this June I have found doing any exercise very challenging. I felt weak and and broken not to mention angry and frustrated at not being able to push myself. But I feel over come with emotion realising here I am on day 29! Your gentle and loving approach has made me see loving yourself is key to recovery and building strength. Real strength comes from loving not pushing. I am ever grateful to you, thank you.

"but make it fashion" cracked me up! I started practicing with you at the start of last year and have practiced with you almost every day since. I remember Dedicate feeling like it went on and on forever, but now that I have a daily practice it feels like Home has flown by SO QUICKLY. I am sad that this is coming to an end but also so grateful that you have so many other amazing videos for us to practice along with. Thank you for continuing to provide such amazing gifts to us.

I just need to say THANK YOU for this 30 day practice. It has been my favorite one of all of them. I didn't get to do it until October due to some major things going on in my life this year (death of my mom/not getting to start new job in another country due to COVID/having to move in with my Dad due to everything/major depression) and I've now finished it for the second time and plan to do it again in December. The start of 2020 was tough but it is ending with some major positives in my life and this 30 day journey has been a huge part of that. Thank you so very much!

Dear Adriene, last Saturday I stood in front of a group of students that I was teaching and realised that I felt comfortable in my body. I haven't felt like that for years. This series taught me about discipline and showing up everyday. I've really enjoyed it all even through the tougher core exercises. A big thank you! Oh and thanks to you I found out about Paramahansa a few years ago who I have so much respect for and gives me so much hope for the afterlife xxx

What a gorgeous practice! I stumbled multiple times and LOVED it. Through these 30 days, my goal was to embrace my inner child (or go home to my inner child) and I think this practice really brought it out. Thank you xx

Loved day 29. My shih-tzu puppy had the time of her life crawling all over me like a jungle gym. It made me smile and remember why I gave a 30-day yoga journey a try... to smile thought the hard times.

It's incredible the difference between low boat in Day 6 (nearly killed me haha) to today's, I feel much stronger! Tomorrow's the last day of our journey together, amazing. See you all tomorrow, see you at home. Day 29 in!

Day 29:Intuit. Adriene! This was such a good practice. I fell so many times during the half-moon sequence. But, I kept getting back up. And the boat sequence definitely has become a favourite. I think we have done the boat 3-4 times during this journey and it was different every time, stronger with every repetition. Thank you so much, Adriene, for this practice. I am grateful. Namaste. :') (It's already day 30 tomorrow)

Today, I had to buy my dog Ralph his own yoga mat so he’d stay off mine... Feels great to be able to say I’ve done yoga every day this year, I think I want to continue this for the whole year 365 days... can I do it?

the hardest pose for me today was to stand still , i'm living with an abusive family , most of my days are hard , i grow up thinking i diserve pain , i came to the mat today feeling hurt , sad , angry and overwilmed , i wanted to bet myself to a wall and keep giving myself more pain , for the first time in my life i chose not to do that , not to give myself even more pain , i got myself in a child pose and i cried my eye's out , i gave myself a big hug , and a little smail , i madw it through the day and i'm going to make it out of here , i think i always say thank u adriene cuz you really disrve it , but today i also want to say thank you to everyone here , for being here with me , and giveing me the stringth to keep going ❤thank you adriene and tgank you everyone , namaste❤
