Hello Joelle!!! Do you have a 10-15 minute daily yoga routine that would be good for office/desk workers? Something to counteract tight hips, back, and just general flexibility? Thank you for all the work you put into this channel!

Great question! Here's a couple suggestions that will work on improving overall flexibility and stretching areas like the hips/neck/back/other areas that get tight when we sit a lot: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pZrWl6F3it-pqMU (10 min full body flexibility); kzbin.info/www/bejne/eJ2ZmYWuitt3m8U (10 min hips and lower back); kzbin.info/www/bejne/j3LSZ6lja5xnq6s (10 min backbend practicing to combat sitting posture); kzbin.info/www/bejne/boKko6mcdrRgfa8 (10 min for posture) - hopefully that gives you some good inspiration!!
