Yin yoga really cools down the body and mind, and supports the nervous system during a migraine. What a relief, thank you very much. I really appreciate the silence during the postures, it let's me relax in the moment, and the cold water visualisation helps a lot, as I can't stand warmth during migraine attacks. Question, are you familiar with tinnitus, maybe, and could those relaxing practices be used for tinnitus relief, I mean as far that's possible...? Or do you happen to have another appropriate class for tinnitus relief? That would be great :) Thanks in advance xx

You're so welcome, I'm happy to hear that it helped. From the Ayurvedic perspective, migraines are related to trapped heat. That may be a simplification but I find it helpful to keep in mind to cool the body and mind. Unfortunately, I don't have a class specifically for Tinnitus relief, but I would recommend Vata balancing classes. Most yin yoga practices balance Vata dosha, because they are grounding. I didn’t have a wall I could do at the end that was close enough so I used a block under my lower back area. I believe that would be the same?
